I went to the store to buy a baby registry item that Babies R Us did not have in stock. Found help OK at the front desk (not too friendly, but it served me fine); however check-out was bad with the check-out clerk openly scowling at an international child in line with her mom who had a mishap with one of the displays there, and then when my coupon (acquired online) did not work, the woman who came to help pronounced my coupon «fraudulent» and flounced away. I won’t be back any time soon. Babies R Us, just up the street, treated me far more politely, pleasantly, and helpfully.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Selling swing sets without the equipment to ensure they’re anchored and safe is unacceptable! Then to be told we never had them shipped in — shameful. Outdoor equipment is expensive and as a children’s store I’d think making things as safe as possible would be the primary concern.

Wow, I can’t remember the last time I was in a Toy’R’Us! The store was clean, the shelves were well-stocked, and the people were friendly. I was asked if I needed help finding anything twice, without having the feeling of the staff being intrusive. So many Legos!

Ok, so I know Black Friday weekend is crazy for Tous R Us, but this store was a mess.
I was impressed with the fact they still had toys on the shelves though.
It was ok, not too bad of a Toy Store. The only other Toys R Us I’ve been to is the one in Times Square so you can’t really compare…
