So I get that this place is carryout and delivery only. Seriously I do. I get it. What I do not get, however, is the extremely rude response to our query of possibly dining in. You know what? You may not need or want our business. Fine. You’re a business owner, I’m sure you can find a polite way to tell me you’re too busy and not drown me in your extremely negative emotional wake.

My wife an I travel up to Michigan City a few times a year, this place is ALWAYS on our menu. Great true Italian food! They have a few tables you can eat at if you want to, but mostly meant for carryout. If you decide you want to eat at the restaurant, make sure you walk next door and pick out a cold bottle of wine, and bring it over to drink while you eat! Well done!

Primarily carry out, but they do have few tables. Food was fresh, hot and tasty. We had Joe’s Special and Chicken Parmesan. Delicious for take out but we also ate in their 2 table dining area and enjoyed the staff and customers as they came in for pick up.

Love this place for real Italian home cooking. Super friendly service and some of the best Italian comfort foods anywhere around. It was my second visit and I can’t wait to go back. This place is a gem!

Love it when it is good and hate it when it is bad! I have had some great meals here and some horrible ones. Always have had luck with the chicken parm. Got the sausage and peppers once and it was charred on the bottom and they placed it in my to go anyway. They need some consistency and attention to detail… also not be afraid to trash burnt food and start over… I would rather have it late than inedible.
