By the way, we got the video back from the Perfect Image and it is awful as well. The video misses many important moments and Perfect Image did not take video the way we had planned. Again, I called the owner and this time he refused to talk and referred us to his attorney. We asked for uncut footage hoping we could have a professional fix the video, but Vladi felt he needed a lawyer to handle his affairs. Do businesses who do quality work need a lawyer to handle their customers? Zero stars is not an option on Unilocal
