Really enjoy getting my manicure done here! The prices here are affordable. The salon is sanitary. The techs actually clean after every customer. Services here is wonderful. If I could I would rate this salon 100⁄100!

I always get acrylic French tip with a clear coat of gel on top, everywhere I go. I’ve been to a number of nail places, and it takes a lot for me to complain about the service I receive at a nail salon. I don’t complain when the gel layer starts coming off at the edges(I’ve accepted that this is just what always happens with a clear coat, no matter where I go). I don’t even complain about trimming my cuticles so much that it hurts, or not having gloves for the UV boxes. But I draw the line at unhygienic practice and inexcusably poor results. I had my acrylic French tip refill done by Tee on a late Sunday afternoon. I had a feeling that the tools she was using were soiled, but I didn’t say anything at first. Then I witnessed another person, a man, grab a nail clipper from one of Tee’s boxes – the same box of tools she used for me – to clip his client’s nails. That box had a label marked«soiled tools» on it. He didn’t even hesitate to use a dirty tool, and it’s like he didn’t even have a conscience. If even he didn’t think twice, there’s no doubt that other people working there do the same thing. After seeing that, there’s just no reason for me to believe that they run a sanitary practice. As far as the nails go, Tee did a mediocre job. She completely changed the shape of my nails from what they originally were, without consulting me. I had to ask someone who speaks better English to fix it for me. Not only that, but two days after my nails were done, something happened that has never happened to me before in all my years of getting my nails done. One of the nails cracked. Two days. I can understand if it took 2 weeks, or even 1 week for this to happen, but 2 days is unacceptable. Lastly, there is a chain of Happy Nails & Spa in southern CA, where I am from. I couldn’t use my gift card here because the Middleton Happy Nails & Spa is completely unaffiliated with the wonderful SoCal chain. Thus, I spent $ 30 that I hadn’t accounted for in my budget because the Middle location is using a name that has been trademarked and copyrighted elsewhere. I’m a full time student and employee so I don’t have time to go back to get my nails fixed. Not that I trust them to do so in a cleanly matter. Hopefully I can get ahold of the manager there and work something out because my experience was frankly, pretty bad.

Nice place, very comfortable. A bit pricey. My nail polish started chipping the day after my manicure. I think they need to clean the nails with remover before they paint, which they didn’t. I tried to ask but the language barrier was too high.

This nail salon has a nice atmosphere and I was very happy with the quality of the shellac manicure I received there. It’s near Costco, too, which for me is a big selling point, but I’d go back even if it wasn’t. :)

I came here with my bridal party beginning of June. I raved about this place prior to my latest experience. 3 weeks prior to going, I made an appointment for all 7 of us. We showed up on time and two of the guests didn’t get started until 45 after our appointment time. They sat us at our foot spas but didnt even fill the bowls with water. In the meantime, other guests were being seated and started. My two guests were ignored, and they did nothing to try to rectify the situation. We would have been better off as walk ins. I wouldn’t recommend going here as a large group.

Very happy with my full experience at this nail salon, and I’ve been to several around town. A fellow Unilocaler posted a photo of her ombré finish nails and I totally copied it. I arrived shortly after they opened and didn’t have an appointment. I was lucky to get Trish to do my nails. She is very creative! I showed her the Unilocal photo of what I wanted and she remembered doing those nails. She even showed me photos of other nails she had done, all beautiful, and even some cute holiday nails. Louis did my pedicure and the polish looks fantastic, but what I really loved was the massage! He does a great job! They are a well-organized, clean operation. The salon is nicely decorated. There is a woman running the front of the house keeping everything organized and traffic flowing. They ask you your name at the beginning and call you by name throughout the service. I’m very excited to return here.

Very friendly and usually busy. The staff knows very well what they’re doing! Also– cleanliness is a super plus, right? This place has a great vibe and awesome décor. They always have fun movies playing on a few large screen TVs. Awesome if you have easily distracted kids. Oh yeah! And it’s kid friendly! I usually see Tee when I visit, and she does an awesome job, but this time I saw Trish and she was very friendly an easy to talk to. She even suggested trying a design! It was only 5 dollars more, and although 45 for gels seems a bit pricey, Trish did such a good job and really listened to what I wanted. She kept my nails long, too. Just remember to let them know first that you want to keep the length or they will bring them down. Overall I’m really happy with Trish and her suggestions! She was very professional and did an awesome job.
