Bought cupcakes for my daughters birthday the party, excellent! They were the perfect amount of sweetness for both the children and adults to enjoy! Plus the ladies are always so welcoming when making an order!

Got a 50^th Birthday cake for my sister, and the experience was awesome. The owner was terrific at helping me select a design, which my sister loved. The cake was delicious. I often stop in for their chocolate custard eclairs, which are the best! I’ve also bought several birthday cakes over the years. It’s a great bakery — the only place I will get my bakery specialties!

The absolute best ICE CREAM CAKE ever! My friends in Westchester always ask me to bring it to their house. Good old fashion bakery with great cakes and cookies. I have to curb myself because I always want to take the slices of cake home (in the car) now. But if you have a special occasion buy the ice cream cake. The edible pictures are lovely and the staff is friendly and helpful every time.

I have been going to this bakery since I was a child my mother was her first customer and she always delivers a good tasting treats. Especially her butter cookies.

I have a huge sweet tooth and I recently moved to Middletown from LI so one day I just decided to give this place a try, because why not? This place is just AMAZING! Their custard cakes, truffles, and napoleons are my favorites, but everything looks (and tastes) fantastic. Prices and customer service — both great! I would definitely say this is one of the best bakeries I’ve ever tried and it is 211’s best kept secret :)

This is the best bakery in the area! My mom always bought my birthday cakes from here. and now I buy all my daughters cakes here! They are amazing! They can create anything you could imagine. I have never once had a problem! Also there cookies, eclairs, you name it. they have on hand are amazing! Anytime my daughter gets invited for a playdate, or I need a hostess gift. I stop in here and pick up some amazing sweet treats! They package it really cute and its very inexpensive for the quality. You wont regret stopping in here the next time you need a cake or are just looking for something sweet!

I tried 3 flavors of cake slices lemon (good tastes like Meringue) mango (very sweet «peachy» tasting) chocolate mocha (best of the three) wouldn’t buy any again these were the 3.5 slices. I’ve had the birthday cakes which are fantastic these I would not try again

My favorite bakery eveeerrr! I would have had them make my wedding cake, but i got married in Long Island, so it was a little far. lol. I will be eating a cake this weekend for my birthday though: D

Uh — WOW. We had the chocolate mousse cake last night, brought it do a friend’s house. It has made such an impression on my tastebuds that I am compelled to write this review the day after! PERFECT consistency, perfect sweetness, beautiful flowers on top. My friend called today to say «THAT CAKE! THAT CAKE! OH MY GOD, THAT CAKE! Had some for breakfast! If my husband didn’t eat it by the time I get home, I am GOING TO FINISH IT!» Wonderful friendly, and accomodating staff there too. So… rave reviews for Bakery Plus!

I’ve been to this bakery several times in the past few years, and with rare exception have found everything excellent here. This is a great place to get your birthday cakes, etc. So much more flavor and quality than you’ll find in a supermarket bakery! My most recent trip I got a piece of carrot cake, chocolate raspberry cake and mango cheesecake. All were good, except the chocolate cake, which is actually the only item I’ve ever had from this bakery that I don’t like. Rather than frosting on top, they do a chocolate coating, which rather than melt in your mouth has a rather tasteless, blah quality. Also though it was supposed to be chocolate raspberry, the layer of raspberry was so thin I couldn’t even taste it. Besides that, everything else was fanstastic!

We brought red velvet cake & key lime pie for a friend’s bbq party. They were great!

The party cakes have a nasty icing and filling. My ex-​sister-​in-​law thinks this is the best. I honestly think she doesn’t have any taste buds. I wouldn’t buy anything there myself. About as flavorful as chalk.

Check your diet at the door, Bakery plus might be the anti-​christ… They bake all sorts of yummy goods out of their little bake shop on Rt. 211. They have a wide variety of pastries, cookies and all the usual stuff. This is typically our go-​to place for any type of birthday gâteau.
Our most recent visit was for a birthday cake for our DD. We ordered the white cake with raspberry filling and chocolate mousse icing. It was excellent as usual. If you are looking for a cake that is a step up from your typical supermarket bakery, check this place out! You won’t be disappointed.
