SONIC Drive-In

Horrible Food! I ordered the classic ultimate chicken sandwich and the veggies were not fresh. Wilted lettuce and over ripe tomatoes with cottage cheese (mayo). The strawberry limeade was good. The Carmel brownie blast was excellent. I will not be going back to Sonics for food.

I went to sonic again the other day and this girl in drive thru Cheyanne was so friendly and considerate that I will always COME back here and hope that she works!!! GO CHEYANNE!

I Went to this Sonics location recently with my girlfriend. I had been to location once or twice at a location in New Jersey but only did drive thru. We stopped in and ordered lunch. I got the grilled chicken sandwich on ciabatta bread with tater tots and my girlfriend ordered corn dog, grilled cheese and mozzarella sticks. Food was delicious and the workers were very nice. Food came out pretty quickly which I was happy about being that a lot of fast food places aren’t fast. I def recommend the chicken sandwich, corn dog and mozzarella sticks! I look forward to coming back to try a burger.

I went to the drive up button ordered and they never brought it out, I had to go inside to get it

Grilled chicken on ciabatta is excellent. Best fast food chicken around, fresh and flavorful. Family size popcorn chicken is huge and a good value. The shakes are very good. Burgers are pretty good. Corn dogs are a hit. Slushies are always a favorite. Cheesesteak is surprisingly good. Breakfast burrito is well made. Sometimes order isn’t right but they fix mistakes. Most servers have been friendly and helpful. We are happy to have a sonic here.

Horrible service and food. The wait time is ridiculous. My orders are always wrong and food is cold. And it wasn’t even busy. When you eat in, there’s no one in the front to greet you when you come in. Staff is in the back and you have to press a button on the counter to get service. Rather travel to Newburgh when I crave Sonic again. Lost my business!

I don’t like Sonic food but I love their Slushes. Hubby and I stopped for a Watermelon one for him and Green Apple for me. They are probably the best Slushes around. The outdoor seating was nice and I got to see cars racing by on Rt. 211.

I was super excited to eat here. That excitement died out due to the terrible food and even worse customer service. When the waitress came out with our food. She was in a rush. Waitress told us there were napkins in our bag. Turned out there was none. My husband had to go to the cashier to get some. Employees were not very friendly. I agree with other Unilocalers. If things do not improve at this Sonic. They shall be out of business very soon. I have absolutely no interest in eating here ever again. Eat here if you like terribly made food and bad attitudes from the staff. This place had such potential. What a shame.

Terrible, ran out of ice cream one night, second night shake machine wasn’t working. Closed at 8:00? To early. Potholes in parking lot drive in. Will not go again!

Worst sonic I’ve been to! The food was cold and wrong! It was zero degrees when we went and it was warmer outside than in the building! Epic FAIL

THIS SONIC IS A DIVE!
I have eaten at a lot of Sonics and I like the car hop concept.
This Sonic is doomed from the start, it just opened and the management and staff are horrible.
I went there with my 9 year old, we went inside, the place was empty but all the tables were taken with bored employees, because they were slow.
The «Hood Rat» employees were texting and talking to each other in a vulgar and rude manor, I heard the «F» word several times, luckily my daughter did not.
Even though they were slow, the garbage pails were over flowing with garbage, and the place was filthy.
The food came out cold and tasted like the garbage that was over flowing out of the pails.
This place is not going to last, Nobody is going to put up with their poor service and Gutter Employees.

I’ve finally tried sonic! This is such a great place, its new, opened up about a month ago or so. The staff was super cool, they’re very friendly. I ordered a kids meal because I wanted something small. I had a corn dog & 5pc mozzarella sticks along with a chocolate banana milkshake. The corn dog was soo good! I am a huge fan of corn dogs & this one was fried to perfection, crispy & golden. The mozzarella sticks were super cheesy & you can’t forget your marinara sauce to go along with em’. The milkshake was great, I now believe the hype about their crazy milkshakes. It was thick and had bananas and chocolate and it tasted amazing. I’m so glad Middletown finally got a sonic. Can’t wait to come back to try more things on their menu now that I’ve tried it :)
