Hubby and I stopped in for lunch after an appointment in Middletown. I haven’t been to RL in over two years and this was a very pleasant experience. The gal at the hostess desk was very happy and pleasant. The dining room was relaxing and I loved the high ceilings in this location. A waiter came and took our drink order right away and explained our server Jeanine was a little busy but would bring our beverages soon. I must say, Jeanine was an excellent waitress. Then again, it was 2:15 when we walked in so we were there after the lunch time rush. The food was excellent and received just how we asked for it. She brought us those delicious biscuits and then asked us if we wanted more. She was so good to bring us six this time and a bag in case we needed to take them home. The fish and chips was very good and enjoyed thoroughly. Great experience.

It’s a decent spot to take the family… the service is good and the food is tasty the cheddar biscuits are addictive! It can get a bit pricey but hey what do you expect it’s red lobster…

I come here once a year when I am in town visiting family. My dad comes every other month. The food and service is consistently good. Place is clean. Bathrooms are a bit dated but clean.

We had dinner here last Friday. While the food was good and service was okay. I would not go out of my way to eat here. Maybe it’s just me but I no longer find their type of food to be a must have. I have had better and fresher seafood at a fish market. Will give them high marks for the dinner biscuits, they were very good.

Stopped in for Lunch, with my Lady. Had the admirals feast, plus the shrimp appetizer. Good was Hot Ann’s fresh. David our waiter was most attentive and thorough. PS join the catch of the day club on line the appetizer is free

Very SAD meal!
I had a very long long day at work and my husband wanted to treat me to a relaxed meal, Our trip to RL was far from it. Started out with their iced tea wasn’t fresh brewed in which the waitress ensured it was, I ordered the fish taco’s — initially salad came and it was wilted and the blue cheese dressing was too sweet to eat. The tacos came with green beans and it was just horrible! Green beans were raw and the tacos were saturated with dressing that you could not taste the fish (that was the size of sardines) on the taco. I complained and it fell on deaf ears…
I WILL NEVER go back here! I am from the south and the Red Lobsters I have visited never has been as bad as this one!!!

Bland seafood that is nothing to write home about, but man are those cheddar biscuits amazing! We had like 4 trays of them, and the awesome waitress gave us 8 to take home in a doggie bag. All gone by morning.

Recently returned… had decent fresh oysters, not a bad one in the lot… also at my request the oysters were not too big, as they can be at Red Lobster. But the snow Crab Legs were fresh & sweet. The whole lobster at $ 19.99/lb with accompaniments was not a great buy. Service was 4 stars.

Staff was nice. But the food is really horrible. I don’t understand why they would over salt all the seafood. Like lobster and shrimp are not fattening but when you over salt and over Grease it, it’s gross and Unhealthy. The biscuits are greasy, and I remember them Being a lot more crispy, they were pretty soft.
Me, my sister and mom had the seaport meal which is lobster shrimp scampi, and grilled shrimp. (I was expecting the scampi to be greasy)
We all complained that the lobster, shrimps and even the broccoli were overly salty.
Highly dissatisfied, need to write to the company and complain.
Seafood differently… my ass.

Pros: Service was excellent our waitress was very friendly, effecient and attentive, cheddar biscuits awesome, draft Blue Moon was the BEST I’ve ever had
Cons: Seafood is unfortuately mediocre. I got the fried seafood platter, the clams were good but the rest lacked flavor, and obviously came to the restaurant pre-breaded and frozen the fish and scallops were also a little soggy. The fries were good though. My sister got the broiled seafood platter, and liked the fish best, shrimp was okay.
We used a coupon, otherwise probably would not have gone, it is the first time we’d been to a Red Lobster in probably over a decade.
4 stars for service, but 2 stars for food.

DW and I felt like some seafood and this is pretty much the only place in town when it comes to munching on our friends from the sea… It was late in the evening by the time we arrived so it was quiet and we were seated right away. The hostess was super friendly and took a lobster out of the tank so that our daughter could pet it. Who knew that RL doubled as a petting zoo? Anyway, food was par for the course, we dined off the new «wood grilled» menu. I had some sort of grilled shrimp and scallops, DW had lobster tail with coconut and sweet and spicy grilled shrimp. We enjoyed some frozen drinks with our meal and they were good as well.
So why only 3 stars?
Cheddar Bay Biscuits (one of the reasons I like going here) were overly greasy. This didn’t slow me down but DW only took a few bites from one of them. (–1 star)
The first highchair they brought out for us, the seatbelt straps were wet and smelled of vomit. They did bring us another seat after we asked. (–1 star)
