Called earlier today to pick up an order– went to pick it up over an hour later, and apparently my order was never put into the system at all. And in Super Bowl Sunday no less. Seriously, terrible place, and super incompetent employees.

This particular location provides the quality of food, beer, and service that I’ve come to expect from BW3. The service is always great and they make sure to show all the important games(and change them based on which jerseys are prevalent). I’ve never had to wait too long for service, they figure out seating for us pretty quickly when it’s packed. Go drink beer and eat as many wings as you can with your friends and you’ll have a great experience on game day.

Don’t get me wrong, this place is great to watch sporting events and pay-per-view events. Me and a few friends usually go here to watch UFC fights, but mostly because no other place in the area shows them. Positive review stops here. The service is terrible. They aren’t short of staff, so that’s not an issue. We had a waitress for the first hour we were there and we ordered our first round of drinks and food. She hardly came around so we began asking another waiter/busboy(who was clearing off our table) to put in an order for more drinks and additional appetizers. When you’re there for 4 – 5 hours watching sports, you kind of want someone to check on you more than once an hour. The menu shows a great selection of beer, but if you want whats on the menu, they probably don’t have it. They were out of all the craft bottled beers on the list and a few draft beers. I was beginning to run out of options until I eventually found one that they actually had. Did I want it? Well, it wasn’t my first choice, nor my second, nor my fourth for that matter. But whatever, they had it. As far as food goes, the wings are about the only items that are decent in my opinion. The spinach dip and cheese curds are okay, but I usually don’t get anything else. Overall, if you’re looking for a place to just chill out with friends, grab a few beers, and watch large sporting events or pay-per-view events, this is an okay spot. It wouldn’t be my first choice, but it’s about the only spot in the area where you can watch pay-per-view.

A great wing joint & nice atmosphere, for sports & events. Love the food but wish they could deliver. Burgers are great & unique. Also a variety of other meat based food but no selection for vegetarians & vegans.

Great place to find sports fans with sideways baseball caps and women with tramp stamps trying to be picked up by them… Other than that, I can watch any of the 28TV’s I can see from my chair, but can’t hear because of the music… Meh…

Worst B-Dubs EVER! Took 11 mins to get greeted. We ordered our drinks(a twisted margarita and some De. Pepper/Jameson thing) and we waited forever to get them. The server finally brought us our drinks and then went to the kitchen and immediately returned with our food. I ordered a buffalo chx wrap with fries. My husband ordered garlic parm wings and was given spicy garlic wings instead. When he said something to the server, she told him that he was wrong and that the garlic parm wings are supposed to be spicy. Bad ticket times and even worse service! We would not have minded waiting if our server was at least cool. But thanks to Emma, we will not be coming back to this BWW.

My friends and I came here for the lunch the other day. When we remarked it was our first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings, the manager offered us free samples of any craft beer of our choosing. What a nice touch! I had the buffalo chicken tenders which are a fav and had many different options for preparation. Margarita was delicious and the cheesecake bites were tasty. Normally, I’m conservative with my stars. But our waitress Jenna went above and beyond for us. The manager making a fuss at our first visit and offering us samples was really sweet. We left feeling like we had been VIP’s. Service is everything to me, and you can’t beat this place for going out of their way to please. We will totally be back!

I know it’s a sport bar. Very loud, and I don’t like sports. Great amount of tv’s and I love trivia buzz time. The wings are great, but wish there was more variety of food not just game food. Asian zing is the best. The last visit this week the service was great. Large crowd on Friday night but he was training another employee, but very fast and responsive. We could’ve used a refill but overall great service and quicker than ever before with the order. They asked if it was our first time, no, then the manager came out to welcome another table of first timers. I was surprised he didn’t check with other tables too, as I had never been welcomed to BWW before and don’t usually complain. Just seemed odd. You had to be there. I like coming but maybe once a month. Wings great, service this time great, but lack of enthusiasm about menu choices.

Went on a Saturday, it was crowded but was seated after only a 10 minute wait. The waitress was very attentive and personable. We enjoyed all the food items ordered. The wait time between apps and entrees was minimal. I would definitely be back when in the mood for comfort food. We ordered for apps nachos and mozzarella sticks both delicious. For entrees, we had grilled chicken wrap, steak burger, garlic parmesan wings and habenero wings all were tasty. No dessert ordered we were stuffed. It is definitely doable for a casual night out. It does get loud but you can still carry on a conversation.

I was there yesterday. It was a fun place to be. Crowded and noisy. Lots of people hanging out after work. They had the big tv on with the game going. I Ordered mozzarella sticks. They were delicious. I ordered the burger the waitress recommended and it wasn’t good at all. I barely ate it. It tasted like sloppy barbecue sauce with greasy meat. The side salad I ordered had a slight taste of fish. I couldn’t eat that either. I was pretty disappointed. Since it was crowded the waitress didn’t come back much or ask about the fact that I barely ate it. It cost me 20 bucks and It wasn’t worth it. Next time just order mozzarella sticks and drinks like everyone else and skip the food.

Buffalo Wild wings is the shizzznitttt?! I always order a basket of fries with bacon cheddar on them, mozzarella sticks, and 10 honey bbq wings with celery amd ranch dressing. wash it all down with a tall cold glass of stella artois. I always try to steal the glass and bring it home but my gf is always scared to put it in her purse…

They have a nice layout for watching sports. went back a second time my salsa for my chips was cold and parts of my chips were covered in grease hmm.:as to the entrée it tasted even better than the first time guess it depends which night u go different cooks. The Parmesan garlic wings are everything I even purchased their sauce and made some wings at home.

Not to bad of a BWW, I been to a few and this is the closest to where I lay my head. Service was really good. I was the only one on the deck and the waiter ensured I was good often. The food was alright I ate at better BWW. Over all decent.

I love this location. I come here every week and haven’t had a bad experience yet. Yes it’s a chain, but for the most part everything always comes out tasting good and the servers are attentive.

I love Buffalo wild wings The different variations of sauces different variations of wings the great customer service the sports atmosphere is what really gets me going now it’s playoff season for basketball and this is my spot this is where I love to go with friends and family make noise and eat wings. I’ve been to other Buffalo wild wings spots but this one really takes the cake with the huge stress screen TVs and surroundsound. This might be my second home with the nba playoffs on

Rarely in a relationship should you expect to change the very nature of the other; for me, I had learned to lower my expectations for this restaurant. But behold the power of social media: after what I’m sure was a whole slate of negative reviews, Buffalo Wild Wings listened and they have changed. Is it new management? Did they change their whole culture here? In any case, you will be amazed with actual quality service, with a smile! The servers respond when you speak to them like normal people, offer apologizes if they are even a bit late, and put the customers first: things you’d come to expect from a restaurant, but not this one. Well, not only have they caught up but they went the extra mile(get it? It’s a sports bar –_-). And, whether the cooking has improved or just the better environment serves to make the experience more enjoyable, but I am enjoying the taste a lot better than before. The food’s warm! I cannot stress my pleasant surprise at the achievement of basic restaurant standards here. So here I am, enjoying the wonderful Tuesday 65 cent wings deal, in what I assume will be the beginning of a renewed relationship to buffalo wings. I’m legitimately glad I gave them a second chance(technically third). You should too. But hurry, because they’re packed now!

Never been. Walked in and it was packed as expected, waited in line. The lady in front of me was kind enough of tell us we had to sign in. Walked up to the podium waited patiently while the ladies were talking, was ignored for a few minutes until two guys walked up and the ladies gave them immediate assistance. We didn’t get noticed till I made a comment to my fiancé. We then left. I will not be coming to this location again.

15 minutes before our server came to take our order, an hour for our food to come out, terrible service. Food is decent, but not worth the wait.

I have eaten in a few different Buffalo Wild Wings and rented the BWW in Washingtion DC out for a party. Location. The BWW in Middletown is fine. There is nothing special about this BWW. You do have to take a car to the location. The location in conveniently located off the main drag 211. I would go here with a group to watch a game. On game days it has been crowded and loud. I don’t go anymore when it is busy because I don’t like loud people yelling at TVs I have settled on just spending the money and going to the actual game to hear the noise. Food. BWW has just about everything chicken. I usually get there wings. They offer bone in and boneless. They offer about 15 different types of sauces. I recommend the garlic Parmesan. Just be prepared to drink a lot of water after. They always make me thirsty for some reason. There chicken wraps are also really good. I enjoyed the wrap. Service. Service is hit or miss. Drinks are usually quick if it is beer. Food takes a bit longer but it is a sports bar so I understand. I’m sure they get a lot of customers that are jerks beer+a loosing team =. My wings have been cooked fine no complaints. Overall. If you are in the mood for wings BWW is a good choice. Just remember on the weekends it is crowded and the garlic Parmesan wings are good but they will make you thirsty. It is good for groups.

I’ve been to essentially every chain restaurant in Middletown and I can say this is definitely one of the worst — and that is not entirely the fault of the staff. I rate it a step above Chili’s in service, but hey, that’s for a different review. –Begin Rant– Walking into this restaurant you’ll notice this place is a damn prototype. The ceilings are incredibly high which creates an obnoxious echo throughout the entire restaurant. It’s painful to be there when it’s busy and you’re essentially screaming across your table at times. That aside, it does get REALLY busy sometimes especially during the football season and there is no real place to handle the crowd. The bar is all the way in the back while the«dining» area is upfront where families are generally sat. People that come in to drink and watch that game are held at the front of the restaurant or expected to stand and wait regardless creating a loud and uncomfortable environment for everyone. The hosts are rarely friendly people and often times act as if you’ve over exerted them by asking to be sat… um. hi. your job? Aside from the shit layout — which is not the fault of the staff — after being sat the experience rarely gets better. Servers are hit or miss. Sometimes you get someone who’s amazing, really friendly and fun to be around and sometimes you’re ignored for 20 – 45 minutes(if you don’t walk out). Oh and Don’t blame your server when the food takes forever to come out. A good waiter or waitress(which I have had here) are constantly moving and I’ve seen some balance up to 8 or 9 tables in all different parts of the restaurant. A bad one… maybe 3 tables and they’re flipping out and never refill your drinks. In their defense they’re expected to do entirely too much. Waiters and waitresses here are bussing their own tables and sweeping the floor and running the food all the while greeting new tables. That — to me — is kind of ridiculous for a restaurant with this sort of volume. Hire a damn bus boy. FOOD well. it’s a chain. If you like chain restaurants then this’ll be fine although it’s actually on the expensive side for stuff you can buy in the frozen food aisle at Hannaford(Across the street if you’re interested). It’s really weird that they started separating their wings by weight as opposed to number too. Is anyone else offended by this? Don’t bother with the burgers.just.No. The salads are alright but if you’re here get wings and dive into those 2.50 miller lights because you’ll need a buzz to handle it. Just don’t throw up all over the bathroom door the hosts have to clean that up and they don’t get paid nearly enough.
