owner’s son is arrogant and rude. they can’t be anymore short and annoyed with talking to customers. The owner’s daughter or maybe daughter in law is no more friendly. Don’t be in business if you can’t be bothered with the public. Prices are ok. Installation takes a long time.

With snow already starting this morning — and a killer storm on the way — I finally relented and decided to buy a snow blower. I called Chimney Sweep before opening time, and they answered. I already knew the model I wanted — Ariens Deluxe 28+. I ordered over the phone, paid with credit card, and it was delivered to my door at 1130am. I cannot have expected any better response and service. Kudos, Chimney Sweep!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!
I have been a customer of this business for many years and I am very pleased with them and have even recommended them to family and friends. (Interesting that the review below is from Stamford, CT. I know for a fact that Chimney Sweep and their installers do not go that far away from their location. I am guessing it is a fake review.)
I bought a Jotul fireplace insert from them and had it installed. I barely use any oil to heat my home and I am always so warm and comfortable. It was installed with a liner which was expensive, but worth it. A friend of mine had another company install his insert because it was cheaper and it turned out that the liner the other company used was indeed, cheap and it fell apart! He had Chimney Sweep and their installers redo the bad job the other company did and they wish they went with Chimney Sweep in the first place. It is a family business and the folks there seem to really care and enjoy helping people which is hard to find this day and age.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE — This is a video of a Vermont Castings Defiant Wood stove sold to us by Chimney Sweep Energy Corp. that constantly fills my home with smoke.

Chimney Sweep Energy Corp. sold and installed this unit to us. When we pointed out the problem, they did not seem to care. This is a company of no integrity, and they have little concern for their customers environment and health.
