Service was good, they had exactly what I was looking for. Although it looks small, the store was packed with stuff. And, I had no issues at the checkout!!!

Why is it that the workers who are assigned to their special area never around?
And why is it that you can never get help on a daily basis but as soon as its 10 mins to closing, everyone becomes so helpful?

Items are of poor quality and customer service is non-​existent! Do yourself a favor and go to Lowe’s!

My husband, mother, and I went to the store today because we are in need of a new well tank and water softener for our «fixer upper» house. Steve in plumbing was fantastic and started out our process by asking what our contractor recommended and reasoning for the specific items we were looking for. He gave suggestions and explained things that we weren’t sure of. Along with being a plumbing associate, he is also a plumber outside of his job at Home Depot. This was extremely helpful, as we are not experts in this field of home repair.
We were also pleased with the customer assistance associate AJ who helped us with applying for the Home Depot card and the two transactions we needed to complete. She was pleasant, even when more time was needed for Steve to go back to the plumbing department to make sure we had all of the necessary well tank parts.
If you are in need of plumbing help ask for Steve! Hopefully you’ll be lucky if you need customer assistance and AJ will be available!

Needed some custom cut lumber for my move to a new apartment. Tried many lumber yards and finally was recommended to go to Home Depot in Middletown NY. Can not begin to say how amazing and skilled and kind the wood cutter named NATE was! It was an amzing pleasant experience! NATE and Home Depot Middletown you ROCK!

Fine Home Depot. Parking is not as easy as some other locations because its in same area as a mall, although its separated from the main mall part.
This place is always busy. And since I often have questions when I’m in a store like this I need those salespeople to be available to help me. I don’t mind waiting, but they need to be visible and available, and here I have found it hard to find people on occasion.

Great place for diy. Good advise for own projects. Chris in kitchens & bath helpful, knowledgeable.

Started out as a horrible experience and ready to walk out until I spoke to Al who is the manager, I wanted to purchase a weber grill but did not want to apply for a credit card to get the 10% discount, first manager was Mark who said he would give me 25 dollars off and he didn’t even have to that and then just walked away? I was floored of his lacking of Customer Service Skills as well as unprofessionalism, Tito brought me a different manager Al who apologized and said he would address the issue with Mark and he did give me the 10%. Discount. Thank you Al, Tito, Steve and Martha for turning the awful experience around. Sometimes the wrong people get the wrong management positions.

This home depot had its moments. Sometimes customer service is top notch then at times they are really lacking. I give them a lot of credit however because they are an organization that consistently rewards military vets with a discount.
