The staff are the most friendly, help full employees you could ever deal with.
Immediate responses to parts questions and offers to check suspected damaged parts at no charge. What a wonderful business I came across. Even if I could find a slightly better deal Via the internet, I will pass knowing Michael’s Appliances will help me out. The internet sites CAN’T! I’d rather deal with caring employees than save a buck with internet mumbo jumbo.

I have been a customer of Michael’s Appliance Center for many years. I have purchased all my kitchen appliances from them. My Bosch oven was nothing but trouble constantly breaking down. They came to my home numerous times through the years. I had to usually wait sometimes months for parts to be sent, I was told, from Germany. Parts that were sent were often the wrong ones, had to be returned, and the waiting began again. After YEARS of attempted repairs, I was told that they could not assist me any longer and would not continue to repair the appliance that I purchased from them. They claimed that sometimes an appliance was just a lemon. I, stupidly, purchased a Miele dishwasher from them last year and was told that they would be able to repair the dishwasher should the need arise. I certainly would not have purchased an appliance that was not able to be repaired from the company I purchased it from. Well, today my dishwasher stopped working. I called and, to my surprise, was told that they did not service Miele and I should contact that company directly.
I recently shopped at another appliance that also sold Bosch. I was told that Bosch has a very good repair history and they never have had to wait months for repairs parts and that the parts do not come from Germany.
Do yourself a favor, whatever reputation Michael’s may have enjoyed once, it does not any longer. BEWARE!

Good selection of middle and high end appliances. Knowledgeable and patient staff, excellent repair service, they don’t sell any brand they cannot service. When a refrigerator I purchased (along with many other things) did not function properly, they came many times to try and repair, then ultimately took care of a replacement.
Very professional. if you are looking for better brands and great service I cannot recommend them enough!
