I called in about my phone which has a piece that broke off from the SIM card slot. The guy who answered said that they’d be able to fix it for around $ 95.00. I showed up a few days later and I was told I would have to wait for them to get the part since they didn’t have it. Okay… I really wish someone would have brought that up when I called 2 days before. Regardless, I let them order the part, which was supposed to arrive in a «couple of days». Eight days later I found out the seller sent the wrong part, it’s for a previous phone. Through giving me the runaround and being incredibly vague and having to call them about 3 times about what the status is and now I’m completely annoyed with this phone repair store. If they had told me it would take 8 days just to get the part I would have just ordered a new phone, which was the more expensive back up plan. It’s not necessarily their fault that they received the wrong part but if they were upfront about the shipping time being longer I wouldn’t have bothered with them at all.

My screen broke not even two months later after they supposedly fixed it. They wanted to charge me $ 120 to fix a screen they didn’t fix right the first time. Don’t trust them with your phones.
