Delicious, great variety, affordable. Sushi was especially good(and made in front of us). Loved the salt and pepper shrimp. Lots of fresh veggies too, cooked crisp tender. Also was very clean. Friendly service.

I went here today and the reports are so accurate. Warm food not hot at all, angry man at the counter for hibachi. The waitress was very friendly I came home and my stomach was so upset. Without getting graphic I wont be going back to this buffet ever…

Have tried to give this place a chance several times. First time we went we sat down after getting our food and out of the corner of my eye I thought I saw something. As we talked I saw it again. Picked up the plate and there was an ant crawling around on it. Told the owner/hostess and she pretended to not speak English. Finally after announcing the ant on the plate a few more times, she said, «Oh sorry.» We didn’t ask for anything special, just ant free food. We nicknamed it «Ant Fusion Buffet.» About a year went by, we read the reviews and decided to give it another try. We went around 6PM. The food was pretty old and looked like it was left over from lunch. Ice cold as well. No worries, we decided to get noodles and shrimp from the grill. Except there was only enough noodles for one of us. I asked the man working if he could get more and he said in a minute. We sit down and wait 10 minutes. Went back up and still no noodles. Asked politely again, and the guy gave so much attitude it was unreal. So we asked the owner as she went by and she yelled something to the guy and he went and got the noodles. We asked for no garlic and he put it in anyway. We didn’t return for another 6 months. We were house hunting in Middletown and decided why not stop by, it can’t be any worse than before, right? Well the same rude guy is still there who only seems to want to cut sushi and not run the grill. There were no noodles or shrimp so we sat down and waited. Our waitress asked if we needed anything and we said we were waiting for noodles. She went to the guy and asked for noodles and told us it’d only be a few mins. Ten mins later she returns and asked if we got our noodles yet. We said there wasn’t any She checked and saw there weren’t any up yet so she asked the guy again. Another 10 mins go by… Finally noodles are up but no shrimp. I grab the owner lady and ask for shrimp. She tells the guy, who ignores us. I ask him again, by now it’s a pissing match and I’m going to get my damn noodles and shrimp, LOL. He goes in the back and comes out with a hand full of shrimp. We eat one plate, go back up and find no noodles and no shrimp… AGAIN. Why go to a place and pay $ 30 for two to eat if the buffet food is cold/old, and you have to fight to get noodles and shrimp for the grill? No worth the aggravation. Saw the ad in the clipper today for them and it states, «MIDDLETOWN’S LARGESTANDMOSTELEGANTBUFFET.» That’s because it’s Middletown’s ONLY chinese, japanese and american buffet. Save your money and get something fresh somewhere else.

Just ate here on June 16th. Very friendly staff. Everyone was smiling. It’s an average chinese buffet though. You’ve most likely seen the exact food offerings at another chinese buffet.

Absolutely horrible… don’t do it. Never had a worse Chinese Buffet dinner in my life. The food was luke warm if we were lucky and it looked and tasted as if it were reheated or old leftovers. Trashy looking folks came in in pajamas to top it off. Never again.

This is a great place. The sushi is well worth going for the price! A definite go!

The family and I like the run of the mill Asian-American buffets and this is the closest one to us so we’ve been over a dozen times. It’s at least good enough to continue returning. Only been for dinner tho, don’t know what lunch is like The good-They usually have good raw oysters which we both are a fan of. The sushi is usually not to bad, we almost always get a plate. Mostly an assortment of rolls, but a little regular sushi sometimes. The habachi is your average selection of chicken, beef, shrimp with a few veggies. I like to ask them to make it a little spicy. They also usually carry froglegs which are actually pretty good, this is only place I’ve had them. The parts that need some work-I like crawdads and they used to have them all the time but lately they’ve only had them once in like the last 6 times. Sometimes some of the main dish type foods seem to be getting old and scraped to the center in a pile. Reminds me of leftovers from lunch. All in all, good enough to keep going back. You can also usually find a coupon online or in those free local newspapers you find at entrances to gas stations

Went East Fusion Buffet in Middletown, Delaware tonight. Great food, very clean and everything was kept fresh. Good variety of Chinese food(including my favorite frog legs), seafood(includes blue crabs, clams and shrimp), deserts, and sushi again freshly made. The kid’s prices are broken into 3 catagories under 3 eat free, 3 to 6 $ 4.59 and 6 to 10 $ 6.49 and adults $ 16.

There are quite a few of these quasi-Asian buffets in Delaware. King Buffet in Dover, one that went under here in Middletown. This one has flourished, because it’s near a grocery store that is near an over-55 community that supports a number of less-than-excellent restaurants on the same road.(301 – 896.) The key is, they need to have a cheap and filling lunch or a cheap and filling early dinner. This has all kinds of traditional American Chinese food in hot trays plus the usual jello and fluffy desserts. For about seven bucks, you can fill up on deep-fried puffy blimps or wilted Chinese cabbage and shrimp or chicken in goo. I didn’t see sushi but I suppose they have the cream cheese and fake crab rolls that pass for sushi in these parts of the wilderness. It’s not bad, and as Miss Jean Brodie so accurately remarked, for those that like this sort of thing, this is the sort of thing they’ll like.
