Excellent company! I was redoing my kitchen and Ellen helped me coordinate everything. It turned out to be such a «happy room», everything I wanted but didn’t know how to get. They knew exactly how to get me there. They have also help me put flooring in my basement and my bathroom. They helped me purchase products with my budget in mind. When my daughter needed her kitchen and hall flooring done, back to Eberhart flooring we went. Not only do they offer excellent products their installers were professional and courteous! Can’t recommend them highly enough.

We purchased tile that looks like wood for our Family Room. Ellen helped us! She was tireless showing us the various styles. We are so happy with our purchase. We went back to get a carpet for our daughter’s room. We were fortunate to have Ellen help us again. She helped us select a textured carpet. The installers were efficient, clean and speedy. Once again we had a great experience!

Absolutely charming family, but beware of the installers they hire. The job is only as good as the installation. The crew they sent to install my wood floor consisted of one experienced person, Mike, and his apprentice who had 3 months experience. They left numerous nicks and chips in the floor; and when I asked to have them repaired one of the owners, Billy, as much as told me that he would replace board only as a last resort. Not only that, months later Billy was bad-​mouthing me to another contractor (who told me what Billy said). I consider that extremely unprofessional. So just make sure you are completely satisfied you know who the installers will be. Even get references on them if you have to. Trust me, Eberhard won’t even want to give you their names first. Try Avalon Carpet Tile and Flooring instead. They were the best.
