Obtained an eye exam, and then purchased two pairs of glasses from this provider, in the $ 400 range. I then went back to get my prescription so that I could pursue a pair online(which i know is frowned upon by providers, but frankly after $ 800 in business, I felt it was not too much to ask). I had to return for pupillary distance, which apparently is not included in the price of an eye exam. Upon paying them an additional $ 20 for pupillary distance, I now find out(two pairs of lousy online glasses later), from a different provider, that my pupillary distance is 4 mms larger than the number Eye Health provided me … no wonder the online glasses were lousy. But I imagine that was the point.
