Pizza is great, phenomenal dinners/soups/salads and a full bar if you’re in the mood for some drinks. The menu is filled with traditional Greek & Italian dishes. It’s fairly small, with booth & table seating and a cozy atmosphere. The family who owns it are super friendly and involved with their customers. I Definitely recommend giving«Our Place» a try.

Possibly the best pizza around. While I enjoy Jerry’s right up the street, Our Place Pizza is spectacular. Reminds me of great Greek square cut pizza I used to enjoy in New Haven and Madison years ago. So my favorite pizza is their vegetable special, followed by sausage, peppers and onions. We do take out most of the time, but I have dined in and their service is great. Bring the family they have a full menu to satisfy everyone.

Had their pizza at the Middletown Pizza Wars. The slices I had(one cheese, one pepperoni) was so good that I stole my wife’s ticket and voted from ‘Our Place’ twice.

I went here for a friend’s birthday dinner last week, she insisted on coming here because she raves about the pizza. I will say it is great Greek style pizza. Her and her husband ordered a mushroom pizza and it was perfect combination of sauce, cheese and mushroom toppings. I opted for a bacon cheeseburger as I had a hankering for one all day, it was exactly how I’d expect it and it was perfect. it’s not a burger house so I’m not expecting a Plan B style burger, I wanted a diner style, home style restaurant burger and it was great. Our waitress was Megan and she was really awesome, she was helpful, and super friendly and kept coming back to check up on us. I even ordered extra mayo on the side and she didn’t forget it like most places do. I will be back and this time to solely try their pizza. A friend of mine told me they have great soups too so I may indulge in those as well.

Just moved right around the corner and have gotten takeout three times. All three times we were pleased with our meals and the options. It is a typical small town restaurant and bar. Homemade meals and fairly quiet.

Fried clams strips were really excellent. For a guy that visits Maine and has fries clam strips, I’m happy to find some great quality ones right here in my hometown.

Great place to eat! This is the same owner that owned Pizza King before they sold it. I’m so glad that Peter came back to open up Our Place! Their food is excellent. The other night I ordered prime rib and although it was cooked a little more than I asked for it was still very juicy and flavorful! The stuffed eggplant is awesome too! Instead of getting it with sausage I asked if they could put meatball in it. They said no problem! I have also had the Philly cheese Steak grinder, chicken cacciatore, chef salads, soups and a rib eye steak all of which were delicious!

Overall the food is decent, and the atmosphere pleasant for a local, family owned pizza joint. Usually get a chef salad or mozzarella stick as apps and then a meat pizza if taking out. Salads are consistently good. The mozzarella sticks could be better, especially if they were house made. The pizza is always very good with generous amounts of toppings and a nice crispy crust. The waitstaff is very friendly and hard working.

New Year’s Eve dinner, so so. Can’t say much for the guy at the bar who could only serve the 8 – 10 people there and refused to make eye contact with my husband and I who sat at a table. Eventally we were told he was just too busy to serve us and someone would be in. Really??? I can’t tell you how many nights we sat at the same table with the same number of people at the bar and the girl behind the bar took care of us. He did however have time to tell people what he got for Xmas and refill drinks or take care of new people who sat at the bar. John Taffer would have booted you out… thank you Tina who took care of us when you also had a full dining room, you were awesome. Some people need to try a little harder.

After living in New Haven for 6 years I had become a custom to good Itilian food. I have eaten here twice. So far the food has been consistent. The pizza is Greek style, think crust. The eggplant is good and so is the calzone. Considering the area this place is definitely one of the better places to eat in the area.

This place has changed hands many times, and this last change is definitely for the better. I have eaten in and taken out several lunches and dinners. I tried several of the pizzas and grinders here and everything has been very good. It is all pretty traditional, but there is a reason that some things become traditions; because they are good. I haven’t tried any of their other dinners, so no idea how they are. The service is very friendly and pretty quick. The décor on the other hand is a little lacking. Everything is comfortable enough and clean but all the the decorations have that«starving artist» look. Prices are reasonable. Glad to say that this place is once again worth a try.

Been around to see this place change a lot over the years thought of give it another try since it’s very convenient. Disappointed as usual, the chx cutlet grinder was clearly a microwaved round frozen patty cut in half on the roll. I was told that I have to order the«good chicken» if I didn’t want the frozen patty! The salads are the only worthy item on the menu.

Stopped in on a Sat night at 9:30pm and we were told we could only order pizza or grinders… Too late for full menu. Food wasn’t terrible but it certainly wasn’t spectacular or even memorable either. Food and décor are best described as skimpy.

New Restaurant opened in August 2013. Nice Dining Room, Nice Bar and Good Food. Pizza to Go is good also.
