I love Middlefield Pizza! I have been coming here for my entire life and it never gets old! This pizza is thicker, Greek style pizza. I am not typically a fan of thick crust pizza but this is some of the best crust I have ever had!

I tried the pizza here because of the decent reviews on Unilocal.Although the staff was friendly and it seemed like a nice family restaurant, the pizza was a letdown. Very bland crust, mediocre sauce, and not enough cheese. My boyfriend and I who both love pizza and could eat a whole pie did not want a second slice.

I grew up in Middlefield and have been going here forever. Love it. Small hole in the wall with good pizza and a friendly staff and vibe. Totally recommend :-)

Great pizza, consistently happy with the food here. Owner seems nice. Small hole in the wall type place, you can eat in at a cozy both or do take out. Been there forever too! Definitely one of my first choices for pizza around the Durham/middlefield area.

I had low Expectations for the food here. But was Pleasantly surprised when the come out. The chicken cutlet was really great and I could eat one ever week. The Buffalo chicken pizza was Super surprising I like how they cut up chicken cutlet for the chicken on the buffalo pizza.

I grew up in Middlefield and I have to say that I soooooo miss the way Middlefield Pizza used to be. The owner in the 1980s was a Greek guy(forgot his name) and the pizza had oozing cheese and it was oily from it. It was unique and delicious. He used to cut it into squares and if you had a middle piece, you had to use a fork to eat it. Yummy! Now, with new owners(not sure how many ownership changes since he sold it), but it is just ok. Nothing bad, Nothing great. Just a «play-it-safe» little pizza place where locals and package store patrons can bump into each other. As far as aestetics, nothing has been changed since the 1970’s including the booths and floors. That could be bad or good, depending on how you look at it. That’s about it.
