My first time at a shop-​rite and I was not impressed. First of all, the store is incredibly old and the wear and tear is evident. Secondly, produce did not seem very fresh and they had a very limited supply of organic fruits and vegetables. The limited organic produce looked extremely old as well. Overall, I don’t like how the store is organized and I wish all food items were together with non-​food, cleaning supplies placed separately. They do have a decent amount of gluten free food, but I am going to give Hannaford a try next or else make the 45 minute drive to a Whole Foods and Trader Joes.
