We love the food and menu BUT… One star is even too much, they don’t even deserve that. 9 times out of 10 their credit card machine isn’t working, the order stations are out of order and you have to move until you find one that works. If you go through the drive through they are so busy you wait for 30 minutes. They get more orders wrong then they do right. Are so short handed and so busy you have to wait an hour or more for your order even if it’s just a bag of ice. The place is so run down their drive up window looks like it could fall out and it’s hard to open. Half of the lighting doesn’t work. I feel the store needs to be tore down rebuilt and hire a completely new staff. Unfortunately, it seems the corporate powers no longer care about this place and that attitude trickles all the way down the employee chain as well.

My kids order the same ice cream and slushie each time we come for a quick treat. However, our total bill is always different, varying by a few dollars. I typically pay in cash and have to give lessons on making change(I get short changed each time). Today my total bill was extremely off and when I asked the cashier to break down the charges, she eventually admitted she had upgraded my order to a larger size, because she thought I’d like it better. I didn’t. It’d prefer what I ordered, thank you. Watch out if you frequent this establishment!

We like the food here ok for fast food but DONOT expect it to be fast, the average wait time even for just drinks is about 20 minutes and today I waited 45 minutes for drinks and burgers.

Horrible service! Ordered three drinks. Their Machine was down so I couldn’t get one of them, had to substitute. That wouldn’t have been a big deal except we got up to the window and the girl had wiped out our order. She wanted us to tell her the cost. I knew is was $ 3 and some change, so that’s what I told her. Evidently she didn’t believe me so she re-rang the order and tried to charge $ 6.46! I told her that wasn’t right(it was happy hour) and she said yes it was. She finally fixed it. After 20 minutes in the drive thru we finally left with our order and the correct bill. When I said thank you, the girl shut the window and said nothing. I feel sorry for everyone behind us!

So disappointed! Had a great experience at a Sonic in South Carolina. My boyfriend and I both got bacon cheese burger, that was the best thing about our meal. The French fries and tatter tots were very greasy. You could tell the grease hadn’t been changed in a while. They also tried to give him diet coke instead of a regular, which he had to go correct. We tried to order a milk shake and they told us they didn’t make them! We ordered a chocolate malt, it was so bad we threw it away and went through Wendy’s for a frosty. The staff was nice, no skating though. I would go back if I have a craving for a good bacon cheese burger and nothing else.

I have to say, the only thing we order from here are the tater tots, but they’re pretty good! So I can’t comment on screwed up orders of more regular ones. Ours have always been correct however. We don’t live in the area and just like to pick up a snack on the way home after shopping. A couple of large tots and maybe a diet Coke from Sonic and we eat well on the way home. One thing I can say is we’ve always received courteous service, usually by a young female. I guess this is why the service is courteous. :) Whoever hires for this location does a good job at finding nice employees, that’s for sure. And we’ve been going there for years, so we’ve been though many employees.
