My husband and I used to go see Brian at Sprint back when they had a location in Old Saybrook. When they moved the location to Middletown, I was extremely happy to hear that Brian would still be there for us.
He has always been very helpful with any questions we have about Sprint plans, and is very knowledgeable about the products Sprint has to offer. I prefer to go and talk to him vs. calling customer service directly. He always goes above and beyond.
The store is clean, easy to get to, and open 6 days a week into the evening… which is so convenient since our schedule is demanding… nice to know we don’t have to rush up to Middletown in a short window of time. And it’s in a great location just 3 minutes off of route 9… so it doesn’t take long to get there even from the shoreline.
