Every time I’ve come to this Taco Bell the employees are really nice. I use the mobile app a lot and it makes ordering a lot quicker. Even when I don’t use the app, the staff still makes ordering quick and easy. I’ve never had to deal with a messed up order either(thankfully).

It seems I can’t win when it comes to Middletown fast food drive-thru’s. While the employees are much more pleasant than the McDonalds across the parking lot and I haven’t found any bugs in my food like I have at the Middletown McDonalds(twice!), the time to receive your food is just way too long… I’ve waited upwards of 15 minutes. Also be sure to check the order before you drive away — attention to detail is not a strength here.

The drive thru has taken to only filling partial orders. Way for taco Bell to boost profits, by not giving customers the food items they pay for. Then a cashier shortchanged me in drive thru. When I told her this, she was very belligerent and boldfaced lied by stating that I gave her less then I did. When I made it clear that I knew what I gave her, and was not going to let it go, she went to check & said she made a mistake. I think she was trying to intimidate me into backing down when I knew I was right. I hate thieves, so I won’t go back to this Taco Bell again.
