What can you really say here? It’s waffle house, it’s cheap, small but the portions are big. The food is decent, the service is always speedy and attentive. I always enjoy a nice side of hash browns smothered, peppered and country.

Worst service I have ever seen. When we sat down no one even acknowledged we were there. All the servers were joking and playing on their cell phones. One was evening making his own breakfast. After 10 minutes of that, we walked out. Aside from two folks that had already been served, we were the only ones who were in there. When we got up to leave we asked one of them who the server was, she replied with, we all are where are you sitting? Seriously?

I found the food to be good. The staff friendly. But. the restaurant needed a good cleaning.)Floor needed to be swept, everything needed to be wiped off). I prayed over my food and hoped for the best.

I stopped here for breakfast en route to OC, MD.
Found a cute booth for two and was greeted right away.
I opted for the «cheese n eggs» meal. It came with eggs, raisin toast, bacon, and hash browns. I also got a cup of coffee to go with my meal.
The food was very good and filling. You can’t beat their prices!
Had a great breakfast and I would definitely stop by here again!

The new dark roast coffee is EXCELLENT. Previous coffee was «ok» but this is really the way I like my coffee. Thanks for adding a great choice of beverage.
The prices are such these days, that a sit down breakfast will run you around eight dollars so it’s definitely pricier than grabbing a Eggamuffin. But it’s a good breakfast and cooked to order. The bread recently changed to Nature’s Own (from Sunbeam) and if they’d just toast it longer, it’d be perfect, but you can always request «extra dark» and around here, light toast and undercooked pizza seem to be favorites of the locals, so if you like BROWN toast, just ask. Everything else is great – you can’t beat Jimmy Dean sausage, and now the great coffee.

The service at this waffle house left something to be desired (please refill my drink!) especially considering we were there after the rush. However the food was as good as always at waffle house and I enjoy the pairing of carbs with carbs.

It waffle house… don’t expect fancy, don’t expect special orders, don’t expect high class waitstaff. Expect awesome greasy food, served by snarky waitresses and the most disgusting bathrooms on earth.

Spotlessly clean, with friendly service and the yummy road food Waffle House fans love. Definitely one of the cleaner and more hygienic Waffle Houses I’ve been to.

Waffle House is crazy & this one is the closest to me in Southern NJ. Definitely good after exploring DE for the day. The waffles are good. Everyone raves about the homefries loaded and smothered and what not. do it! just go. It’s a Waffle House, enjoy it for what it is!

With the death of Hojo’s here in the northeast and any decent Stuckey hundreds of miles away, the Waffle House is the last of the great road food chains.
Personally, I love them because I can always order lunch. I get up really early for work (3am), so by 9 or 10am I’m ready for lunch when everyone is still slinging eggs. not here. Steak and salad at 8am? You got it. Yum.
Obviously the waffles are top notch, as are the hash browns. Sit at the counter and chat with the staff, you’re sure to have an enjoyable time!
