Wendy’s

The drive-​thru is the worst. Gave them some opportunities to get it right and thought I’d wait on Unilocaling however, on this last attempt I’m sure the drive-​thru at night gives consistently poor service. My nuggets and all my food is always lukewarm at best and never warm. Even after I told them to please make sure it’s warm. On my last drive– thru experience on Jan 2, I gave my money they passed the food thru and said bye. Of course I check my bags without leaving and they completely forget my frosty and salad. How you forget or don’t pay attention enough to know a customer ordered a whole drink and salad platter I don’t even know (it was on the receipt so obviously it was on the order) this was my last attempt with them as they have forgotten items on previous visits as well. On top of it, the worker then tells me they have no caesar dressing for the «Caesar salad» I ordered and gets an attitude with me while still suggesting it’s a Caesar salad with another dressing of my choosing. I didn’t need the attitude on top of already forgetting the salad and I prefer a Caesar salad with actual Caesar dressing, so asked for money back. Then they also gave me the frosty they forgot. Came home and found out I had an extra chicken sandwich I didn’t order (plus it wasn’t on the receipt) guess I win lol but what type of nonsense is this plus food didn’t even taste good by the way. if you want to go here go inside DURING THE DAYTIME if at all. They should just shut down the late night drive-​thru.

Sometimes I wonder if people listen to your order… I said WELL DONE FRIES! Not cold and soggy. Damn that really gets me upset.

Very poor service! Young girls serve boys their age, rather than older customers first. Blatant ageism!

Never had a negative experience here, same wonderful Wendy’s food I always get.

.. loved the Chilli. it was a cold day but after eating here it warmed up my insides. in a good way ;-) :-)
