Nothing like wings during the Super Bowl! I’ve known the owners of this Wesleyan legacy for over 25 years! Awesome food, fun times and a great atmosphere. students and friends join to eat and have fun! Consistently great for two and a half decades. Loved my wings

A good spot to eat at Wesleyan when you are tired of Usdan or too lazy to go to Main St. The wings are actually very dry and not tender within(however, honey ginger is the best). Also the pasta dishes are not as good as you expect, i.e. carbonara pasta or penne alla vodka, so stay away. However, the brunch dishes are quite good. Eggs benedict is the all-time Sunday favorite. Sometimes they have crabcake or huevo rancheros, which are pretty good. Breakfast pail is also a popular dish.

The Wings are dank, but you can’t really go wrong with wings. Overpriced.

OK, so first of all, you have to understand that this is a restaurant which primarily serves Wesleyan students. Wesleyan students don’t have money. Well, sometimes they do, but it’s not for food. We pay for food with something called«points.» Now, yes, it’s true that somewhere up in the accounts office they think that one point is equal to one dollar, and I imagine that WesWings gets just about a dollar for every point it takes in, but students who eat here don’t think about it that way. We(or our parents or the government or a scholarship) pays some tuition, and included in that large purchase are a bunch of points. So you sort of have to exclude considerations of price when you evaluate a restaurant like this. They don’t take your money, they take points. Points. Made up. Not real. WesWings is great. They have wings. They have spicy fries. They have Oreo Pie and Reese’s Pie. They have TVs. It’s just tasty, high-calorie food for hungry, busy students. I’m sure I ate here at least 100 times as an undergrad. If you go on the weekend — after tennis, say, or before chess club, or – but I digress — if you go on the weekend, they serve brunch. The thing you want is called a Breakfast Pail. It’s hash browns, eggs, sausage, and cheese in a Chinese food container. You want this. Douse it in ketchup. Trust me. Many who disagreed with my ketchup decision(expressed revulsion, even) later came to understand my way of doing things, and told me personally that they wished they had not held out so long. WesWings has condiments in huge stainless steel containers with, like, spigots and those big pumps that you just push straight down. Hold your breakfast pail under the spigot and push the pump down all the way down three times. That will be enough ketchup. Just do it. You’ll thank me.

Food is way overpriced and lady who seems to be running the place doesn’t care whatsoever about accommodating food allergies. She likes to yell about what’s on the menu and if you don’t order off of it you should«expect» an expensive price(which sometimes can make sense, but almost $ 5.00 for one egg does not).

As a student here at wesleyan, I can honestly say that this place is a solid average and overpriced. The wings… my friends say«meh» after a few times of having them. That’s all you need to know.
