Underratedly such great Italian food. Their chicken parm is incredible and so is their baked ziti. The marinara sauce on both is fantastic and I would probably lick the plate clean if I could. The ambiance is also pretty nice but still casual. Not eating this place based off of their pizza cuz it doesn’t look that amazing.

Had good Manhattan clam chowder and a half a chicken parm sandwich. A few notches above standard chicken parm — nothing from frozen. Very good and the roll was excellent.

This place is awful since they expanded. Used to be our go to, it is terrible now. They need to go back to there old style, I suspect the new enlarged place will go out of business soon.

Used to love Brother as the neighbor hood hang out and pizza joint. Now they’ve taken it to the next level with a more refined and updated modern pizza restaurant. Great selection of pizza’s including Gluten Free. Huge plates of pasta are easy to share family style.

The word«joke» is an understatement for this place. Being a longtime patron of Brothers growing up, I expected the new fancy, high-end establishment to carry over their tasty menu at the fair prices they once had combined with reasonably good service. Not so much to ask for from a restaurant that has been around for a while right? Yeah, not quite. I attempted to order, for pick up, a chicken Caesar WRAP on WHEAT, a buffalo chicken WRAP on WHEAT, and a pear salad. A very difficult order to get correct, I know cut them some slack. I get an $ 11 salad with 2 small slices of pear, a chicken Caesar slop on a hero roll, and some makeshift buffalo chicken sandwich thing on a hero roll with no blue cheese. I get it, people make mistakes give them the benefit of the doubt. However, when I call back and ask for the situation to be fixed and receive only a chicken Caesar wrap on whole wheat with a side of sliced pear and blue cheese, I’m going to be a little upset. Assuming that the situation would be amended once and for all after a 2nd phone call to ever so helpful manager here, I explained the latest issue over the phone to him. I was basically told that they took the order wrong TWICE when I clearly explained what I wanted from the beginning multiple times and was offered a «discount» next time a a result. Keep your discount and invest it in providing some adequate service to your customers who are paying for your God awful service and food that doesn’t quite live up to the prices. Their menu is now in the garbage along with half the food we ordered. As a manager, you go above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of your customers when they’ve dealt with this nonsense for and hour and a half trying to order 3 simple items. That is if you actually care about them and your business the slightest bit. Oh and I forgot to mention i orginally ordered a few minutes after 3 pm, not at 7 pm when it’s out of control. Like many of the reviews on here can attest, don’t waste your time with this place. It has gone down the drain since the much anticipated move. I give them 1 star solely because Unilocal doesn’t allow you give 0 stars. Never again.

I was not sure what this place was at first. I thought it had squeezed out brother’s pizza. I was wrong(see husband I can admit it). It is a bigger brother’s pizza place with in store dinning. You can still grab a slice if you want. Pizza is still great. I paid like 16 bucks for gnocchi and it was so sad. The gnocchi was not like light, flying pillows of potato. They were more like potato rocks. Sad. Sad and expensive. Stick to the pizza.

If you get past the tiny bread bites and iceberg salad. The standard chicken palm or eggplant rollatini is good. Chicken parm portion is large and eggplant rollatini is small. Not sure why there isn’t more than 3 tiny rollatini rolls. I made the mistake to have a salad then. If you bring your own, it’s nicely decorated here. Pick a quiet night unless you like noise. For the price the food is good but portions are small unless you get pasta instead of salad. It’s all about the sauce which was good and not too salty. Overall this is a decent place that could upgrade their salad greens.

Shocked at all the negativity towards this place on here. I never sat to eat, but their food is GOOD. I mean it in a technical sense — really good flavors, texture, and ratios(perfect amount of sauce, etc) The best buffalo chicken wrap money can buy, always timely and friendly. I feel the negativity has something to do with the shockingly snobby and pretentious people that plague Ridgewood and surrounding areas.

Been dinning here for a long time. They have the best grandmas pizza. Friendly staff and great parking.

Extremely slow service but well worth the wait! AMAZING food! The chicken rolls here are just amazing and the crust on the pizza is fantastic. The square Grandma slice has an amazing crust with this tangy sauce which is amazing! The eggplant rollatini slice is amazing! I just wish they were faster. They are VERY nice… Just slow.

Took about 8 minutes for us to even figure out who the waiter was. Almost walked out. Brother’s is overreaching with a full restaurant. Their pizzeria was mediocre at best but the only one locally in MP. No drinks served either once we did see the waiter. The music was terrible. Waiter never stopped by to see how we were doing. Food was eh. In NNJ, there’s way better Italian places to eat. In between ridgewood and mahwah there’s 5 other restaurants I can name off the top of my head that’s better.

Only got pizza from here. Not good. If you don’t ask for well done, the pizza is runny and undercooked. If you ask for well done, the bottom is burnt and crust is hard. Use too much cheese and appears as if it’s a «cheese blend» rather than straight mozzarella.

I called in a pickup order I was put on hold 2x’s in 60 seconds(apparently someone else was more important) then I was rudely told to speak up when I was talking to my wife because I was on hold! Ordered a meat ball hero and I got a meatball parmigiana that had 2 tiny meatballs on the bread! Clearly there was room for two more miniature meat balls. I called the store, was put on hold again, I asked if they ran out of meat balls and was told No that’s the way they make the sandwich! I promptly told them that they lost a customer of 25+ years and she said she would tell the manager and the call ended Horrible service, food and does not care about long term customers!

I ordered from them last week and when I got back to work I saw that I was given the wrong food. I called back to inform them of this area and the lady who answered the phone proceeded to tell me I ordered the wrong thing and that it was my fault. I explained to her what I had wanted and she told me that’s what I ordered and that’s what I got. I was than asked what they wanted me to about it. I told her I wasn’t in driving distance of coming back and her response was what do you expect me to do. After this expirerience with rude staff, and being told I ordered the wrong thing I will never be coming back

I really and hoping this place can be a great lunch/brunch spot but it continues to disappoint. Set back in Godwin Shopping Center, parking sometimes tend to be a battle, in a really ideal location. Servers are not servers but more like just table runners. Pizza is fair but sides and other dishes tend to be larger then most. Has a really space like diner setting so décor is not a high priority item. They really need to start to take surveys of what their customers are looking for so they can adapt just a bit.

I was a pretty big fan of Brothers Pizza and I happen to be in this area often, so I’ve eaten here on multiple occasions. The food is still pretty good, but I do feel like the pricing has gone up since it has become Pizzaiolo. Unfortunately, I do not have the receipts from each respective era for a side-by-side comparison. One other thing that is mildly uncomfortable about this place is the actual experience of dining in. Maybe it is because I am imagining it as Brothers in my mind, but I expect to order a slice, and be able to sit wherever I want. However, now, I sometimes feel as if I am forced into being waited on. It is the dining equivalent of a valet — sure, sometimes it is nice to let someone else do the trivial tasks, but sometimes I just want to be left alone and eat my pizza/park my car.

Brothers used to be good. After the move, the quality has gone down and prices have gone up. I just finished a buffalo chicken salad from them. The portion size was more expensive and less than half of the size of the buffalo chicken salad I had from Wyckoff Pizza a few nights ago. The chicken was breaded and fried even tho I asked for grilled. The salad also came with bread, which was stale. The last time I ordered from them was right after the move. One week I ordered a chicken parm hero which was reasonably priced. The next week I ordered the same sandwich and the price was raised $ 1.50-$ 2 which is ridiculous. The food is decent, but very overpriced. Not a restaurant I’d recommend to someone.

Went here with my Friday lunch crew today. Unfortunately, was not expecting much due to its rating. I walked in and loved the neat and cafeteria-style look of the venue. The staff who greeted us was very friendly, and the main menus and special menus we were given were also neat and clean. I guess this should be expected from a new place, but I’ll still give them that. There was so much to choose from, but I went with the Grilled Eggplant Panini and Veggie Soup. I don’t think the prices were horrendous, as the soup was big for a $ 4 «cup» and the panini was a decent size and came with dipping marinara sauce for $ 9. It took a while for our food to come, though. Then I saw why the place got poor ratings. The soup was great, but it was literally just veggies in broth. No taste, but I still enjoyed it since I love veggies. The panini was on «foccacia» that was bread with some onions pressed into it. There was maybe one slice of eggplant and a smidgen of basil/sundried tomatos on each half of the panini. The«fresh» mozzarella didn’t seem too fresh to me. Maybe it was because the stuffing was skimpy, but the panini didn’t taste like anything to me. Just plain. Overall, the place has a great menu, decent looking pizza, nice décor, and a friendly staff. It was super busy and the service was pretty slow. If they worked on putting more flavor in their food they would have better potential.

This is my 8 yr old nephew’s favorite pizza place in the area, and he’s a pizza connoisseur. We came here recently to celebrate his birthday and he really enjoyed the pizza. He highly recommends the Sicilian pizza. He literally gobbled it up in seconds. For appetizers we ordered 2 types of fried calamari — one classic and the«Rhode Island» calamari which was sautéed with peppers, cherry tomatoes, and a slightly sweet tomato sauce. The Rhode Island was flavorful and had a nice kick. My side of the table ordered a large Grandma pie, half with eggplant. The crust was thin and crispy just the way I like it. Overall the flavor was good. My husband tried a few bites of the Sicilian and actually liked it better. My nephew knows his pizza. The restaurant is located at a strip mall so I expected a traditional mom and pop pizzeria but instead it looked newly renovated and had a modern but cozy feel. Our waitor seemed a bit green but we had no issues with him. This place is a nice place to take kids and a good option for lunch, as they also offer salads and sandwiches.
