It’s my first 1 star review and I can believe it’s for a chik fil a. I was in the queue for breakfast at 10:21 when reached the window at 10:30 the clock turned over to 10:31 and the lady said «oh I’m sorry we called breakfast at 10:30». REALLY! So after being in line for 10 minutes I was flat told no and yes had the line moved 60 seconds faster I would have been fine! I’ve seen stuff like this in movies but never thought it would happen in real life. I guess the passing of Mr Cathy did change things. One raving fan lost.

I enjoy going to a fast food chain where the workers are actually polite and have manners
And I think it’s awesome that they are closed on Sunday’s so they can pray and worship if they chose to!!!

One of the slower chick-​fil-​a restaurants I visit, but other than waiting I’ve never had any real problems here. The food is always the quality I expect from CFA and the team members are friendly and approachable.

I eat here at least 2 times per week and I find that their food doesn’t have the consistency it should. We enjoy seeing many of the staff. We love family night. The food can be great, but someone’s things just aren’t done right. The breading on the sandwich can be just a mushy mess on top and bottom and the breakfast chicken biscuit has been either perfect or have an odd solid texture to the meat. I love chick fil and I love the people at this location, but I don’t understand why they don’t always get it right.

Always good food and friendly service. Cow calendars are $ 7 and you get a free menu item each month well over $ 7 in food if your family is chick fil a freaks like mine.

Tried this location for the first time. Drive thru was busy so I went inside to order. Cashier was friendly and took my order right away. However, food took longer than expected for a fast food joint. Fries were undercooked and my grilled chicken sandwich tasted pretty old. I wasn’t too impressed but I will try it again when it is less busy.

Chick-​Fil-​A at Kitten Lake is AWESOME! Super nice employees, great service and delicious food. They always are polite and I have never had any problems whether I have dined inside or used the drive thru.
The inside is super clean and again, Chik-​fil-​a food is delish! This is the only fast food establishment where I actually enjoy sitting down for a meal.

Been here a dozen times at least. Food, service, and cleanliness are always perfect! Hello McDonald’s – Hello Wendy’s, Hardees, KFC– LOOK at Chick-​Fil-​A; there ARE polite, intelligent, well-​spoken people who will work fast food.

I’ve eaten here many a time since it’s been open and I haven’t been disappointed once. One time they gave me a chicken sandwich with pickles when I asked for it without and were quick to fix it and apologized multiple times.
I’ve used the free meal cards before and never had a problem.
