Drink was made correctly however…
I placed a mobile order, went to the store and waited. As a few minutes passed I looked around the store and saw a coffee (with the tell tale mobile order sticker) behind the counter and asked if that was my coffee. It had been sitting there for several minutes with the ice melting.
Would be nice to have my coffee available where I could get it as I walk in.

Routinely screws up drink orders. Very inattentive staff. They also put friends orders ahead of yours. You have to be a blond with your hair up to get service from the bearded boys.

9:20 — 9:27AM Jan 27… waited at the counter, six associates behind the counter, all chatting having great conversation with each other while I wait… and wait and wait. None of them look up, none offer service, oblivious to the only customer waiting for service. A very sad experience that will cause this consumer to avoid this place. Left to find coffee elsewhere.

Remade a drink that just didn’t taste right. Replaced it with a more expensive drink and they declined to charge us the difference. Service = 5’s.

Always great service with friendly staff. Always a pleasant experience. The use of the mobile ordering was so incredibly easy and efficient. Actually… was blown away that when I walked in to get my order they asked me if I was «(name)» immediately upon entering the store. To which I replied, «yes». Very impressed with that level of service. I have never been there when they are «super busy», but with the amount of staff they always seem to have, I wouldn’t expect any degradation of service. I wish there was another on the other end of town!

This Starbucks has some rude people working there. They also have a ton of flies all the time for some reason, most likely because they aren’t very clean in the back room. Those flies have to have some place to lay eggs, so something has to be dirty in there. I would go somewhere else in Midland for coffee. Music is also very, very loud most of the time.

Not very personable, no hellos, or goodbyes. Well goodbye, I wouldn’t want to be bitten anyhow. I’ll go checkout one of the local shops.

I come here EVERY MORNING for our morning drinks! Absolutely LOVE all the staff! They are like family to us! Never had any horrible experience, only with other idiot drivers in drive thru. Best Starbucks we have ever been too. The staff are exceptional! Thank you for always making our day brighter!:)

I like coming into this Starbucks. Having been to many Starbucks in la and New York where you get some attention as a customer i feel this Starbucks gets your order right all the time and is focused on doing a good job. A great group of people work there!

My favorite coffee shop in Midland. Good coffee. Friendly service. Nice atmosphere. Good wifi. Good place to hang out and sip coffee, read, write, think.

Slowest workers I’ve ever met. Even when the place is dead with 3 people working, it takes 5 minutes to have someone come up to the counter and another 5 to actually make the drink. They’re laughing and giggling while people wait in line.

This is a great Starbucks! People are super nice and knowledgable, and do their very best to provide a high quality product, very quickly! We’ve travelled up and down I-​75/​US-​10 for years and this the best SB on the route!

Hands down the best Starbucks I’ve been to! The baristas are warm and friendly, and they’ll remember your name and drink pretty quickly.
The seating area is warm and cozy, and it was a perfect environment for me to study on the weekends and get work done.
I love the free samples and interesting concoctions that the baristas will whip up for me to try!

Because I couldn’t access my company’s VPN from the local Hampton Inn, I ventured across the street to the mall, in search of free Wi-​Fi. I found it at the Starbucks inside the Barnes & Noble.
The young female baristas at this location were friendly and efficient, and the latte I ordered was fine. (Full confession — I don’t really like Starbucks coffee. But it’ll do in a pinch.)
Plenty of seating options, and more than enough outlets to ensure no batteries die while working remotely!

This is probably my favorite Starbucks in the mid-​michigan area. Unfortunate that its so far from where I live right now. Excellent wifi, good service and cozy atmosphere with plenty of outlet spots avail which tend to be a con of most ‘bucks.

The Baristas at the Midland Starbucks are always very courteous and a few have even memorized my latte of choice. The atmosphere is great with plenty of options for seating. Overall the customer service is just exceptional.
