I purchased a car charger(with the Sprint Logo on it, no less) 9 months ago. They have the purchase under my name. The car charger stopped working a couple months ago and I finally get around to taking it in to get replaced. «It’s only guaranteed for 90 days, store policy it’s the same everywhere» They spent more time looking up the purchase date and saying no, than I did asking for a replacement. Like I should have know I was buying a piece of crap charger that would only last 6 months and I should be expected to buy another one. It’s just like every time I deal with Sprint(local or corporate) like it or lump it. Sorry if you got screwed sir, that is our policy. Sprint is awful and I can’t wait to dump the contract.
