I wish I could give it less than 1 star. Employees ignore you. They take people out of order… Not enough help… The building was cold enough to hang beef… Do not come here…

Thank you Priscilla. I was throwing around the idea of upgrading my phone from the iPhone 5 to the Samsung Galaxy S4. I spoke with Priscilla at the Verizon store. She was very helpful and informative. I had it for about three days and decided I didn’t like where the speaker was. It was on the back of the phone and I couldn’t hear it ringing when I had set it down. So I went back and switched to the HTC One. I cannot remember the name of the sales rep but she was very helpful as well. I had that phone for one day. Hated it. Not used to Android I guess. I called customer service to try to have the phone activated on my husbands line. The rep told me we couldn’t do that without changing the plan. I worked at Verizon for two years and knew this wasn’t true. So we went to the Verizon store and I asked for Priscilla. She asked the manger if we could activate the phone on my husbands line without losing out unlimited plan. She found out we could and walked us through the whole process. She is very informative and professional. If I go back there I will ask for her again. PS. I really liked the Samsung but the speaker on the back is a no go. I have to be able to hear my phone as I use it for business. Other than that the phone was awesome although not very compatible with my MacBook. Major pain.
