I’ve never had issues with waiting or my order being right at this Burger King. It’s typical BK faire. I’ve gone in the evening twice and there were not a lot of people in line. Both times it was a lot of snow so that could be why. I didn’t encounter anyone rude on my two visits.

The food was just like any other BK, standard at best. But the overflowing cigarette extinguisher/ashtray was so graphic it had an effect on my appetite and if I will return to this restaurant. When we were inside the black specks in the ice made me think, food only, no drinks, ever!

Ok, screwing up three times in a row earns you one star. All three times my order has been wrong and has taken over 10 minutes. This last time I simply ordered a whopper jr. and a double cheeseburger. My double cheeseburger only had one piece of cheese, and my whopper jr. was a regular cheeseburger. A more seasoned diner, also taking his to go, opened everything and discovered missing items. I should’ve paid more attention, but my lunch break isn’t long enough to wait 10 minutes for the wrong food, and then wait another 10 minutes for them to correct it. It’s a freakin’ burger king, good thing the manager isn’t in charge of something more complicated, like stocking shelves at a Walmart.

What a joke. My family of four was waiting for ten minutes while the«employees»(I think you have to work to be considered an employee) were either on the phone, fixing their own meals, or, in the case of the manager, hanging out in the kitchen sampling the chicken nuggets and comparing them to McDonalds McNuggets. Awesome. Tired of waiting, I asked for my money back. No apology, but plenty of attitude. I said, «It’s not right you are in there eating chicken nuggets while my kid is out here waiting for hers.» She replied, «I’m on my break» Awesome. So if you want Little Miss Attitude eating your food while you patiently wait for it, this Burger King is for you. Enjoy.
