This is a Mom and Pop team that services heating and air conditioning systems including boilers.
I called him to do a general inspection of my boiler. The price was very reasonable; $ 70. He is very knowledgeable, very friendly and enjoyable to talk with.
My complaint is that he is a little older and doesn’t like stairs or going into any spaces of a house that he doesn’t absolutely have to. He inspected the boiler, a couple registers, didn’t go upstairs to check the rest of the system, and called it a day. After the inspection I felt… «Ok, I have a general overview of my boiler system, now I should seek out a technician to do the real work.» He could stand to hire a younger guy to do the grunt work while he is the brains of the operation.
