They were nice when I was in there. But wouldn’t accept returns, even on unopened and unused products. No one mentioned that upon purchase. I picked up a part that I thought I would need but ended up not needing it to fix the job, I called and they said«No returns on any gas/electrical.» …Well that’s nearly everything that they sell, so they should just say«No returns.» Plus it cost me 3 times what it would have cost online.

Friendly knowledgeable customer service. The two folks in there this afternoon worked together between phone calls, an appliance repair service client and myself and took care me with ease. My second time here, and happy with parts selection and the service.
