I ordered a take out deep dish. I got to cuzins a bit early and was greeted at the bar by Terry. She was very nice and professional. I decided to have a beer while i waited. the place was a bit on the smaller side but they utilized the space well. It was well lit and very clean. After i paid Terry for the pizza and beer I took it home for the family to try it. they all agreed it was the best deep dish in town! I am looking forward to our next visit and to try more of their menu. Thanks

We ordered both a thin crust and a deep dish pizza, and could not have been happier. If there is a better pizza in the Midlothian area, I sure have not had it. Excellent pie!

We’ve ordered pizza 3 times from the new, stylish Cuzin’s Midlo and it’s been excellent each time. It’s not the cheapest pie in town, but that’s because the folks at Cuzin’s are using quality ingredients. prepared in the same ovens that Mid-Villa used for years. Homemade sausage on their deep dish pizza in balls as big as meatballs. A delicious, crispy crust that actually tastes like something. Real cheese that’s gooey and full of flavor. Real chunks of fresh mushrooms — not from a can. Wow. Refreshing. There are plenty of cheap pizza options close by that will fill a hole in your stomach, but don’t try and reheat the leftovers the next day… Using cheap, imitation cheese and flavorless sauce never holds up the next day… Bottom line… You get what you pay for. If you like real pizza — made with love — try Cuzin’s. They’re onto something here, and you can taste the difference.

By far the worst pizza I’ve ever had in life. Pretty sure the cheese isn’t real cheese. That’s all I can say about this place.

I tried the pizza and it was just ok. They use a sweeter type of sauce and a softer crust and I prefer a more basil seasoned sauce with a crispy crust. I am giving an extra star due to the super friendly staff and clean place. They have a sandwich menu which I am going to try next time we get carry out..

First of all this is strictly regarding the deep dish pizza. For all I know everything else here is terrific but the deep dish is what they posted on line with an incredible picture that looked just like my favorite –Gino’s East. So five stars for the guy who obviously sold them that stock photo that they used to advertise their pizza this last Friday for 50% off(too bad I had to buy it on Saturday) The 50% special and its corresponding fictitious photo somehow popped up while I was on another site on Friday that was no longer available(after an extensive Google search) when I decided to Unilocal on this matter. It wasn’t awful but it was NOT The pizza pictured nor true Chicago style deep dish. PERIOD. I just feel people need to know before they lay down close to $ 30 for a two topping«Chicago style deep dish» that it is nothing remotely resembling or tasting like Gino’s East(I swear that’s what the photo was!) or any other of Chicago land’s true«Chicago style» deep dish pizzas.

So I have ordered here three times for takeout. First times was a BLT, it was actually pretty good. Maybe a little too much bacon. Second time I had a pot roast sandwich which was great. Third time was pizza. Just ok pizza. Not crisp enough. Will I return? Yes

This place has been open for about a month in the former Mid-Villa Pizza space. I like to support new businesses, so I thought I’d give it a try. This is some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Seriously. I’d say it’s slightly better than Chuck E. Cheese. Even Pizza Hut and Domino’s are better. Here’s the list of things that were wrong: 1. Bland sauce. I’m not a fan of overly sweet sauces, but I like to be able to tell it’s there. 2. Flavorless cheese. Most places use a mix of cheeses. This tasted like plain old mozzarella. 3. Skimpy toppings. I ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza. If I hadn’t ordered mushrooms, I wouldn’t have known they were there. Bottom line: Don’t order from here. There are other better pizza places like Kenootz in the area.
