Long and short of it is this company was not reliable and their follow to appointments is really bad. I would not recommend this company. I called this company and was scheduled for appointment. The first appointment I had to call and ask what was going on is technician coming. The person on the phone said let me call you back our technician is never late. Well the technician had a accident so he will not be in to service you. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule my appointment. I said yes he was rescheduled for June 23, 2015 between 4 – 5. I called at 3:00 to check on my appointment no one answered. I called back at 5. I asked the person on the phone is a technician still coming out today? The person on the phone said oh, I said am I on the schedule for today yes, but the technician has left and will not be back for awhile. The person said that’s my fault. I said ok thank you and I hung up because this was the 2nd scheduled appointment I had and no one should up and I took time off work both times. This is not good business. I was very disappointed with this company. Someone did call me back about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment and said the technician is back do you want him to come now. I said no because I found another company that said they could come out tomorrow. I recommended Mario’s to a friend before I knew that they were not reliable.

I got my fridge from here with the freezer on the bottom and love it no problems at all and I will do business again with them and send all my friends and family there too Love that place!
