Everyone here has always been nice. If you want a salon quality styling, this is not the place for you. But that should be implied by the price. My husband has gone here for a couple years and they always do a great job. Never a long wait. My son/​toddler has long thick hair and he has gotten all his haircuts here too. (3 haircuts by his first birthday) and the stylist did great with a wiggly baby. Very professional and patient.
