Good. Nothing outstanding in the salads but great crust on the calzones… Real great cheese!

My daughter and her husband were happy with their lunches at Palio’s so my hubby and I decided to try it for dinner on a Saturday night. I ordered the blackened chicken alfredo; Jack got the chicken parmesan with marinara sauce, and we shared both dinners. They were both very good, tho’ Jack actually liked the alfredo dish a little better than his. The meals come with nicely toasted garlic bread(but not too garlicky), and the portion sizes were sufficient so that I think a salad would have made me too full. The only criticism I have at all is that the peach tea tasted a little stale. The food was good, the service friendly, the décor attractive — we’ll definitely go back.

We’ve been coming up here for lunch with friends and family almost every week for the past couple of months. The service is very, very friendly. My daughter likes to hang out up here and do her schoolwork for a change of scenery, and they are very polite and accommodating. They don’t have vegan options– which would be nice, however the vegetarian fair is very good! My pizza today was beautiful! It was loaded with veggies and not too much cheese, exactly how I would make it myself. As far as vegetarian options go in Midlothian, this place is at the top of our list!

We tried this Palio’s because it is just a little closer to our house than the Arlington Palio’s. Who knew it could take 50+ minutes to get a pizza. It was 40 minutes before the teen aged staff even acknowledged my long wait. We will be going back to the Arlington Palio’s.

Great pizza. No vegan options. Staff member didn’t warn about hidden bacon on chicken pizza but that might have just been an oversight on my friends part for not checking the menu carefully. They also offer byob

A very interesting menu at Palio’s! Bi would Never have thought to put nuts or raisins on pizza… I highly recommend the King pizza(like a supreme) and the Mediterranean!!! Also, their dry rub wings are awesome! They are BYOB, so that’s nice.

Awesome pizza pasta place in Midlothian. Great styling. Delicious food. And great service. Family friendly and they have an outdoor patio. Did I mention BYOB?

Everything I’ve had here is delicious — pizza, salad, calzone, pasta dishes. Love it! The staff is amazing and so nice and helpful! We love going here — especially my daughter who can’t get enough of the pizza and cheese bread

Hello, this place needs HELP ! The A/c to the building seams to be always down, soda machine does not work half the time. The staff here looks Lost when asked a question. I believe this place try’s to trick you on the size of pizza. I order a large and comes out a medium size. The way they cut the pizza looks to be large until compare to the med pizza pan. I hope this place improves here quickly …

All I can say is Yum. We had a cheese pizza and the classic and my kids said i was the best pizza ever. I ordered the dry rub baked wings and boy were they good. I had to fight my kids off them.

Pizza was sub par… I’ve been to other locations and love the pizza. The service was pitiful. There wasn’t one adult working, the kids working were goofing off or flirting with boys, etc. After waiting 20 minutes for a slice of cheesecake I asked for a refund & left. I will not be back.

Very expensive and not good, the coupon will not work at the Midlothian location. We were very disappointed in the pizza!

Well, our third time here was not a charm, but an end. We were there during their opening. We met a gentleman who said his name was Larry(which happens to be my first name) so he became Larry 1& I was Larry too! Our first time was great except they gave us the wrong dressing on our Caesar salad. Larry #1 said, no prob, just let them know next one is on him. Never followed through on this. Second time there, great pizza, service was a tick off, but pizza was so good we didn’t mind. Today, after several days of travelling I went on line to order our dinner. After going to the website, I found a 50% discount offer off of a 2nd pizza(equal or lesser value of course) that you could redeem if you have or added the toll tag APP from NTTA. I called the Midlothian location, ordered our 2 pies, & mentioned the discount. I was told to bring in the information so they could discount it when I arrived. The staff had no idea what was going on when I arrived to pick the pizzas up so they called in the«manager». After trying to explain everything to her, she said that was for other locations not the Midlothian store. I said go to the web & pull it up and you will see I’m not making this up. I also asked to speak to «Larry» due to our previous meeting. She said he doesn’t work here and is not the owner. She mentioned another persons name but of course he wasn’t there either. At this point I’m getting somewhat frustrated and tried to explain the ONLY reason I ordered Palio’s tonight was because of the discount offer I found and their pizza was better than the more convenient Domino’s. I could have paid $ 15.98 for 2 larges at Domino’s vs the $ 31.00 I was charged tonight at Palios for a large and a medium 2 topping pie. I said you need to view the web because the offer is there… She said I’m sorry but«there is no button on our computer that will allow me to give you any discount even if I could… She then vanished to «go check the web herself» only never to return. While I enjoyed my(now) reheated pizza, it seemed to have a really thin crust compared to all other pizzas I’ve had from this franchise. TO cap off the day, my wife said hers(medium mushroom and garlic) was absolutely horrible. She had one piece of hers and then proceeded to share mine. I’m not sure what else could have gone wrong here. It’s clearly a sign. This is really sad because I love our city and frequent the restaurants here with my wife and family regularly. I was thrilled when this Palio’s moved in because we had enjoyed their pizza at several other locations. But like the«manager» did tonight, I’m now going to vanish & never return to this location. One mistake shame on you, repeated mistakes…(Means I’m not going back there). I have captured the screen shots of the discounts offered on the web & the locations offering them(including the Midlothian location) and will forward them to the owner of this location(whoever he is) just so they understand this type of treatment is just not acceptable in today’s competitive restaurant marketplace. I’ve tried to post them here but can’t. You can go to website to see the discount offer. Then search locations and you will find Midlothian.(Just don’t count on getting the discount…)

Very good gluten free pizza. It’s a little on the expensive side, but well worth it. I’m hoping they will make the calzones in a gluten free version as well. All ingredients were fresh and the Greek salad was excellent as well.

Love this place. I am partial to the chicken bbq pizza so I haven’t tried the others. The crust is the perfect thickness. Delivery will be an option soon. Their Caesar salad was delicious and so big me and my husband shared it. Husband had a pasta dish that he said was very good. We usually pick up the pizzas for home dining. Definitely recommend this place.
