If you need any changes you will pull your hair out. But Kenny was good. The massage therapist I used was great. But both this location and the location that we were transferring our membership from have been terrible with customer service. It’s the management /front desk staff that are he problem not the therapists. Multiple requests to cancel membership ended up finally in 2 months of refunds and we’ve had to make multiple phones calls and sift through the«fine print» because no one has offered any information. I would say skip the contract you have to go through to get the reduced rate and just pay as you go. And definitely go for Kenny!

I had the best facial I’ve ever experienced today from Annette. She was amazing and the chest and arm massage was an unexpected bonus. The process was relaxing and thorough. She did not push products and gave a wonderful facial that left my skin looking 10 years younger. The location was good, the décor was pretty and it was very relaxing. I will be back there often.

I called ahead to find out if they had any openings and was told 12:45 was open and was there by 12:35. Filled out info sheet and was told my sessions is now 1:00 for my 90 min session. At 1:10 I was told she was behind because she was giving extra time to the client. I thought that was unusual since they are booked by time slots and she would be finishing soon. At 1:20 I was told she was still with the client and was giving extra time to the client. I was confused on why because I was waiting and wondered is there someone else. At 1:30 a manager walked in and said«I’m sorry for the 30 min delay and would you be open to changing your session from 90 mins to 60 mins? I asked why and was told she wasn’t feeling well. Ok, but would you want a person not feeling well give you a massage? I don’t! The manager returned and before I could say«I don’t want a sick person» she says I can offer the 90 mins with another person. Now all of the delay was behind me I was ready to relax and have a few knots worked out but that was not the case. I asked the masseuse 3 times to increases the pressure and told her I was not one of those macho males that would just take it if it was to much. I would let her know. She was very nice but needs a lot more training and practice. She has only been a masseuse for 1 year and it shows. I asked to speak to the manager but she was gone so I shared my complaint with the front desk and he said he would pass it along to her. It’s need 3 days and no call. It was a waste of my time and money. If I could give a negative star I would. Buyer beware :(
