Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Instead of just telling me that there would be a wait, the lady put my feet in the water for almost 30 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me. I finally got up and left. I will never go back to that salon.

I’ve been going to Nail Envy for over 4 years and have always had a great experience. I have never heard the owner raise her voice to any customer and if anything she always makes sure her customers are happy. Also, they definitely do use Shellac products and mine always last a good two weeks. Nail Envy is a good salon and you can’t beat the prices!

Great place, nice staff and great pedi at a great price! I could have used a little more help with the dead skin on my old lady feet but they don’t have the razors. She did a great job scrubbing though!
