I have been a customer of Northwest for sometime now and it is all because the customer service I get from Samantha Schmidt. I know how hard she works but still finds the time to help me. When I send her an email with a question or asking her to call I get a response in less than a half hour. She is very personable and makes a great representation of the company. She also takes the time to get to know you which is unheard of in this day of robot customer service agents. I will never switch my car insurance as long as I have Samantha to help me. You are very lucky to have her.
