We really love Sweet Spoon, especially since our most recent visit to the competitor down the road wasn’t very good. Sweet Spoon is always clean and the yogurt and toppings just seem to always taste better. The owner can be routinely seen chopping the fresh fruit on the counter in front of everyone and they are always cleaning the establishment. Many comments we read said the owners are not friendly and are even rude but we don’t seem to have that problem. They may not be the most talkative people but they always greet us when we come in and have never treated us poorly. We definitely recommend Sweet Spoon over Sweet Frog any day. Sweet Frog is a lot more convenient for us but we go out of our way to go the extra five miles down the road to get to Sweet Spoon.

This place is designed as if it had been a sweet frog at one point. Same colors and same layout down to the light fixtures. The selection was the same. The only thing that was different was that instead of being met by cheerful people my family and I were met by a angry Korean woman. She was dismissive and her angry face held the entire time.
At check out I asked if they had military discount and she paused seemingly upset. Then she rudely said ’ well I need to see your ID card. I need I’d card to give you discount’ which was fine but how she said it really irked me.
We went here because it was in a convenient but I don’t think that we will make it a point to come back.
Oh and their cup selection wasn’t as varied as sweet frog. So I would rather go to sweet frog then here.

Froyo is good however some of the toppings don’t taste fresh. For example the brownie bites are always dry and taste stale. The shaved coconut is always dry as well. I also don’t like being watched like a hawk when I enter the store. It’s less expensive than the other sweet shop but trust me the extra few cents is worth the trip up the street. This needs to be turned into the other froyo place asap with new management asap. Never returning again.

This place is terrible. Do not go, especially with children! The smell alone is enough to make you turn around. we should have! It was dirty and the workers were extremely rude! My daughter fell out of one of the «kids» chairs and The worker told us they were too dangerous and would not allow us to sit there. For the remainder of the time, she gave us dirty looks and never said a word. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Great local spot for frozen yogurt! It’s never chaotic and it’s a place you can relax and enjoy your treat. Very clean, friendly staff and great flavors. It’s my go-to place for dessert. Yum!

This place is ok. They are not very friendly here, and it’s to the point where it actually bothers me. I only come here when we are nearby or there is too much traffic on Hull St. I will continue to come here, but not because I really like it… sometimes it’s just more convenient for me and my family.
Try their new chocolate turtle flavor!

Another fro yo place — I’m glad more are popping up because as someone who worked at one thru high school/college in the 1990’s, I just love to eat this stuff and missed all the froyo shops when they went away for a while. This one is very nice, large space, lots of flavors. The staff girl was a little overzealous and got my sample FOR ME which I didn’t like — I like to taste my own flavors… I didn’t feel comfortable asking for a «second» sample cup and she didn’t offer me one. That said, the yogurt was tasty and my family enjoyed it. I’d like it if they put OUT sample cups for ppl to try like Yapple does.

Friendly staff that’s locally owned and has an awesome selection. Seating and décor is crazy cool. One of my favorite froyo places. Best in Southside.
