We visited for a brunch on a Sunday and I ordered an omelette and my husband the Eggs Oscar. I will start with saying the décor in the place is amazing ! We got there about 15 – 20 minutes after their opening and there were already two tables seated. It seemed that maybe they werent expecting as much traffic this early as we ordered two bloody marys and I noticed that a server and what appeared to be kitchen/floor manager were grabbing bottles of bloody mix and opening/stocking the bar. No biggie, the bloodys were good, but it was something I noticed and found a little odd. I attempted to order the Salmon & Rye but was told they were out of the salmon :(boo so I chose the omelette. It was good but salty. My husband loved the Eggs Oscar which had crabmeat and pretty substantial chunks from the one bite I was allowed. The server seemed a bit flustered the entire time which is always a bummer because it really distracts from the experience. He wasn’t rude just appeared obviously overwhelmed. With 3 tables. I think we will probably come back and give it another go. I’m not saying it was bad, just meh. Love the location, décor and setting.

Here for soccer, but had amazing service, great food and adult beverage, AND the boys played foot soccer for 9 holes! Thanks to the staff for your attentiveness!

Let me first say that one may think this is a private restaurant given that it’s in the golf course clubhouse. ITSNOT! My wife and myself decided to give this a shot on a Saturday and I must say I was quite impressed. They have a decent craft beer list at the bar. Food wise, we started with the fried mozzarella which was very good and had a flavorful crust on it. My wife had a plain cheese pizza which was great and had a nice thin crust. I had the calzone which in truth is massive and 2 could eat it! It was stuffed with flavorful and fresh ingredients such as sausage and tomato. All in all the bill was around 50 for two people and included appetizer, 2 beers apiece for me and the wife, her pizza, and my calzone. Service was excellent. We WILL be back!

I have been coming here since the day they opened. Extremely family friendly! I would recommend the Bacon lime wings 10 out of 10. The newly added Cuban is one of the best I have ever had. Great spot.

Wow! Just WOW! Gorgeous setting. Some of tbe friendliest service you will ever get anywhere and amazing pizzas! Very cool selection of craft beers on tap. This was our first visit but definitely will not be our last. This may be one of our areas best kept secrets.

This is the fairly new casual restaurant at Independence(completely public course no membership required). About a dozen seat bar with a small but good draft beer selection and cocktails. Probably about 20 tables — and can pull together for large parties. They probably can use the club house banquet hall adjacent for larger parties as well. Wood fire pizza. While it is really the bar for the golf course it is really a nice little neighborhood restaurant. Great casual place to stop in for a pizza(but a full menu as well with some great items — even pretty good wings). Healthy salad and fish options as well. As a restaurant in general I would probably give it 4 stars but I’m going to rate it 5 stars for what it is — an excellent neighborhood, family friendly, restaurant.

Golfers and neighborhood diners converge on this open, well done restaurant at independence golf club. What happened to the great, diversified menu though? Now place is only good for salad, burger, or steak. We miss grown up mac n cheese and the fig pizza. Wait staff sometimes attentive but always happy to serve. Homemade desserts are questionable. We were steered towards oatmeal pie(described as little Debbie on steroids). It was dry and a bit stale. We’ll be back as restaurant is in the hood.

The restaurant is in the founders bridge neighborhood. I started off with she crab soup which I liked. Then I ordered a pizza, which was awesome. My husband really liked his steak as well. We will be coming back soon.

My hubs and I are particularly fond of this place because it’s close to home. But, that fact aside, the staff is friendly and make you feel at home and the food is excellent. It’s a great spot for a cold beer, relaxing Sunday brunch, or a meal with friends. We haven’t been to any of the events(yet) but they have had live music and trivia as well. Really looking forward to enjoying the outdoor seating with the cooler weather this fall.

Stopped in last Saturday 7÷18÷15, had the she crab soup and the chilled shrimp salad… soup was wonderful, really hot and full of crabmeat… nice big bowl for only $ 5. Salad was two wedges of iceberg, bacon, blue cheese, chilled shrimp cooked just right, however no dressing… but blue cheese dressing on the side was produced and very good. Husband had the club on harvest bread and the added zing of horseradish spread — fantastic. We will be returning for dinner this week!

Stopped Tuesday night on way home from work. Ordered 2 pizzas and was excited when I tried the first slice. Wow! Amazing pizza from Tavern 19. I got a pepperoni and a crab, shrimp white pizza. Highly recommend
