On the same day I wrote my original review, I dispatched an email to Century 21 national customer service. Within 24-hours, I received a boilerplate response explaining their corporate franchise structure, and that my complaint had been forwarded to «George Morris, Responsible Broker, of Century 21 Everest Realty Group», from whom I should expect a response within 14-days. In the interest of being prudent, I’ve waited 14 business days before updating my review, and I’m sorry to report that I have not received any correspondence from the franchisee. As prescribed in the national letter, I have the option of following up with them should the resolution to this issue remain outstanding. I will inform them about the total lack of attention my complaint received, which is a further indication of just how little Century 21 Everest Realty Group cares about perspective clients, and the shabby treatment people endure during their door-to-door huckster sales pitches.
