I had four months to plan my wedding and wanted to use a caterer so I could lessen my work load. I found Griffin Catering online. They had lots of good online reviews so I decided to give them a call. I was very hesitant about the whole thing but Once I met with with Jason, I was at ease and felt very confident with using them for my wedding. We talked about what I had envisioned, and ideas he had which helped put it all together beautifully. We had individual fruit cups with fruit dip for appetizers and a Italian soda bar. Both were a bit hit with all the guests and tasted great. For the dinner we had Italian stuffed chicken breast with green beans almondine, fingerling potatoes with Italian salad. Food was warm and It all tasted fantastic. The presentation was great and they helped my wedding go off without a hitch.

Best caterer I’ve encountered in Utah. Presentation, menu, and execution were spot on and a step above other operations of this size. Perfect option for smaller to mid-​sized events. I particularly enjoyed the prime rib.

I was part of an event that used Griffen Catering and it was wonderful. As I watched the final preparations being made for the dishes, you could see they had only used the best ingredients and they knew exactly what they were doing. We had the Grilled Tri-​tip, Pulled Pork, Spinach Salad, Bruschetta and Dessert Shooters just to name a few. The meat was very well seasoned and cooked to perfection. I absolutely loved the fresh made Bruschetta and it was a huge hit. Everyone loved the Dessert Shooter as well… so many great choices. I would not hesitate in recommending Griffen Catering to anyone who is looking for quality food that is prepared by a chef who cares.

We used Griffin catering for a private event and would absolutely recommend them. We worked with Jason and he was great. I found an idea on Pinterest for individual 7 layer dips in a margarita cup and he was able to recreate it better than I imagined. Their desert shooters were a huge hit, as the presentation looks good and better yet, they taste yummy. We loved the key lime and caramel banana crème brûlée. Our event was small, but he didn’t treat us any different than if we a large corporation. I would definitely recommend them.
