The coffee here tastes like dirt. Non-filled donuts are great. Filled donuts are hardly filled. Serenity gives awesome customer service.

This location has friendly enough staff but I don’t know why I keep giving them a chance. They are close to my work and it’s almost a game at this point. What can Dunkin Donuts screw up this time? EVERY single time I have gone there my order is wrong or it looks like they slopped together a sandwich from ingredients they founds on different areas of the floor. Today they forgot the egg in my ham, egg, and cheese sandwich. How do you forget the egg?! Your job is making sandwiches in the morning. It’s not that hard to throw together 4 ingredients. I mean really! Come on people! Basically just go to McDonalds if you’re in Midvale. This location is seriously awful. They don’t care about their jobs, they don’t care about their store, and they don’t care about their customers so why should we care about them?

I am extremely disappointed in the service at this location. I would be embarrassed to be the general manager of this store, i can tell you right now that the cash flow in this store could be a lot better than it is today because of the way that the store is currently operating. And from reading the previous reviews by Unilocal users, my experiences are not unique to just me. I have been a customer of this store ever since they opened, i was there on their very first day when they were giving out free coffee. But unfortunately I will not be going back, which is a shame because their food and coffee are delicious, from now on I will be going to Mcdonalds down the street, or Beans and Brew across the street. No exaggeration, about 90% of the time i order food, i get the wrong food. Sometimes i’m even given the wrong coffee. It is sad that I have trained myself to check everytime i am handed my bag. Today i just asked the employee working the drive through to double check the sandwich to make sure it was correct, because i didnt want to open the food up in my car and get crumbs all over. She verified that the sandwich was correct, but when i got home, the order was wrong. This just happens way too much. In the past when i complain, they try to please me with free coffee mugs, or donuts, or sandwiches, but really i dont want free food, i want what i ordered. This store does not necessarily have a problem with staff, but with operations(Hiring, training, standard work processes, etc.) Dunkin Donuts, please listen to your customers, they will help you be a much better company than you currently are right now.

They ran out of what I came for, but they gave it to me with no charge! I don’t mind waiting for fresh ones… And I’ve not gotten something I’ve waited for free before. They also offered free drinks. I declined, but the manager was awesome! Great customer service he gave me extra donuts and even Hash Browns. Awesome guys!

Or road trip took us to at least 5 different DD stores in western states. This one made the coffee and breakfast sandwiches just fine, but I raise an issue with the amount of vanilla crème in the donuts here. It was a small spoonful compared to what we experienced at any other store. It’s too bad since the donuts themselves are so soft and substantial; the crème is what stands up to that and gives the sweet softness to each bite. There was enough crème to accompany two tiny bites. Big bummer!

They NEVER have any stock. I’ve been to this location three times and they haven’t had a maple bar once. They barely have anything in the case. The employees have time to sit out back and smoke though.

I’m from the east coast so I really like dunkin donuts. This one… The customer service was awful… one kid was really friendly but I waited at least half an hour… The bagels and donuts looked awful and tasted awful as well… They were stale and not fresh like they usually are. :(

Coffee is good, donuts are good, sandwiches are ok, but the service is unsatisfactory. Took almost 10 minutes to get my order and it was wrong when I got it. Another time my coffee lid wasn’t securely fastened. Step your game.

For the last 2 weeks, you were out of plain bagels by 10:30. Customer service, is pathetic. Nobody seems to care, at all, about fixing situations, or making the customers happy. My hashbrowns were literally frozen in the middle. I had to pull away from the drive thru and wait for my food, when it was delivered, they forgot my donut and condiment and napkins. I asked the employee if he could bring some, and he stated no, «just go thru the drive thru.» Are you kidding? I just waited in the drive thru, I’m not going to go and wait again for ketchup and napkins. I went it to get those things, my missing donut, and to inform the workers my hashbrowns were cold, they all just looked like me like I was a burden, and they were too busy to deal with me. I’m more than sure, my bag of hashbrowns was just taken to the back and thru in the microwave. Nobody tried to rectify the situation, at all. This location is one of the worst fast food places I’ve been in my life. Absolutely ridiculous.

maybe they should have just stuck with the coffee and donuts! !! if i could leave a 2 word review dog barf comes to mind! i ordered a chicken flatbread sandwich combo, i open the bag and the harsh browns were put in upside down spilled on the bottom so i skipped those, i unwrapped the sandwich and i instantly knew by the smell it was not going to be good, the bread had mold on it ad you can see where someone tried to pick it out of the bread, wow! and the chicken dont even get me started. im not a picky eater and i believe if you dont like a place, you just dont go back, not this time i drove back and got a refund it wasn’t. just gross it was inedible and i won’t be back!

I like this place. Full disclosure I have never tried the doughnuts. I come here for the bagels and coffee. Are the bagels as good as a traditional east coast boiled bagel? No. But they are better than Einsteins. Also the coffee is good and usually fresh.

This location seems to have a problem with consistency. Sometimes the donuts are great other times they’re really stale. Also, when I ask for iced coffee they seem to take it a little too literal and give me mostly ice.

The drive thru is usually pretty quick and the food and drinks are good quality in the morning. They are well staffed although most of the employees are not baristas and get confused on what I’m asking for when I order espresso. Overall good customer service.

Multiple times the doughnuts have been very stale. Like yesterday’s doughnuts. Today they were stale and felt like chewing cardboard, even the taste. And the frosting was aweful and grainy too. Too expensive. Very unimpressed. Won’t go back.

Every time I come into this location no matter the day, they have what I want. It’s way cheaper than competitors and I have always run on dunkins.

Fresh donuts? These are completely STALE. I can tell that they were baked downtown and shipped out. A long time ago. I have visited Dunkin’ in Ohio and Michigan, and this is not the case. We have local donut shoppes(Banbury Cross) that make their own and they are MUCH better. You would be shocked at how bad these are. On a positive note, Stephen A. waited on me and he was a superstar! I am sure if I had tasted these bad donuts in the store he would have helped, but I am home now. I would like to put these in a box and ship them to you so you could see how bad they are.

So lately they have been offering this dollar coffee after 12 p.m. so I went to this location, and they totally didn’t even know about the sale so they had to get a manager to approve it and they hesitated to do it. they weren’t very friendly and warm and once I got my coffee all I could drink is a big glob of sugar they didn’t even think to stir my coffee. Probably won’t go to this location again. I’ll stick to my sugar house location.

Why am I a fan? Blueberry Cake and Chocolate Glazed. ALSO, they have a nifty app that provides weekly deals that are, on occasion, REALLY awesome. Plus, I pay from my app and go on my merry way. Customer service here is enthusiastic and timely, which is a bonus.

Meh. The world may run on Dunkin but I am certainly more content with Starbucks and a Krispy Kreme. The donuts remind me of those packages you get out of a vending machine and the coffee didn’t taste much different than the Folgers they brew at the office. I’ll give it another try to see if it was just a bad first experience, but so far, I’m not impressed.
