McDonald’s

I went December first for lunch and I ordered a number 7 and asked for a Powerade. Well I thought they gave me a Coke and I was going to be ok with that but they gave me a Coke And tea hybrid. When I called they acted like they make no mistakes and was so rude about it

So this McDonald’s is just any other McDonald’s. But I do have one thing to say. Do not use the drive unless you are ordering a combo. Because every time I am ordering or anyone else I am with is a ordering a fry separately and this is without fail every time they put down a large Sprite not a fry. And I can see where the confusion could come from. But this happens every time no matter who is ordering. It gets to be a little frustrating.

Horrible, rude, condescending drive through service! THEY got my order wrong and acted like that was MY problem. I’m still in shock after the lack of basic manners and customer service l just witnessed.
Trust me — it’s worth driving the extra few miles to the next nearest McDonalds.

Boo McDonalds, Just Boo. I mean I don’t expect much from your food but your service the last time I went was just awful. Ordered from the drive thru and you missed 2 of my burgers. Now I may buy fast food but I’m classy enough to not eat it until I get home. So it was about 20 minutes until I realized some of my food was missing. When I went back to talk to someone about it I had to wait 20 minutes while they went through every receipt they had for the night (I mean who keeps fast food receipts?) Thank you for finally making and giving me my burgers but nothing fo the hassle of having to drive back? Piss poor customer service really. I’d like to say I won’t be back but I doubt your company cares really.

It’s a McDonald’s folks. What do you expect? Nothing special here. Just a regular a$$ McDonald’s.
Well this location is nothing more than a location to get food when you’re intoxicated and return overdue Redbox movies. Travis is the man working the late shift.

I’ve been frequenting this McDonalds for more than ten years and have always been pleased with the service and quality of food.

I went to the drive up had to repeat my order three different times this keeps happening I speak english very well. I am not going to that McDonald ever again I will go to the one at 7200 so by I-​15 they are much friendlier.

Worst experience ever! The drive — thru was terrible… The girl did our orders wrong, (btw the order was given to McDonald’s by 3 different people, several times) and again we had to give the order to the check out Window about 20 more times just so they can mess it up when we got our order which we waited 15 extra minutes for. We will not be comming back to this location ever again!

Waste of time and money, ordered 2 egg white bfast sandwiches and 2 mcmuffins, had to pull forward and wait for 4 sandwiches. My egg white sandwiches were SO POORLY MADE! 1 had the egg falling out all over the place, the other had about ½ the egg as the 1^st and NO ham. Won’t be giving this location my business again.

This good about this particular «MickyD» is they have a full size play area, probably the only one with that feature within a few miles radius.
The staffs rotate quite a bit here, and they are mostly friendly, but every now and then, they will have a mean one at the front with an impatience attitude. Another plus is they never messed up my orders here unlike most of the locations I visited. I guess it is almost unavoidable to visit one of the McDonald locations when you have a kid. I think they are also starting to do Birthday Party here too.
They have been remodeling lately, so noise can be an issue inside, but I suppose everything will be better when they finished with that.
