What restaurant runs out of sushi on a Friday night, Memorial Day weekend? Pei Wei. grrrr

Foods what you expect, but the online ordering is so frustrating. Did it twice and both times they didn’t start cooking until I got there. Ended up waiting for 15 minutes for them to make it. Kind of negates the point of ordering ahead.

I really like Pei Wei and am a big fan of their Mongolian Beef. This location has been hit or miss for me. My brown rice had several uncooked pieces which caused me to chew ever so cautiously as to not damage any teeth or inflict any pain. Mongolian beef was spot on during my most recent visit. Beef was cooked crispy and all flavors were jammin’. Apparently a cook walked out right before we arrived so we waited longer than normal to be served but they hooked us up with some gift cards :) 3.5 stars Pei Wei

Dishes are overloaded with rice. The flavor is diluted. I’ve been there 3 times because I had a gift card and have been under-impressed each time. Sushi rolls are small and mainly rice. I don’t think I’ll go back.

I absolutely love the food here but the service is terrible. Every person is friendly, but this is the third time I’ve eaten at this location and my food never comes out at the same time as the other people in the party. I looked around on this visit and there were five tables with only one person eating. Not a big deal most of the time, but my food came out 20 minutes after my dinner companion!!! Unacceptable. Avoid eating here if you want to have dinner«together». New management needed!

I don’t usually say this. The food is terrible. «Asian fusion»? That’s a disgrace. Thats how bad the taste of the food is that I actually say that.

Average food. The guy at the register needs some customer service training or he should find a different job where there isn’t a lot of interaction with people or animals.

Used to love coming here, but then this young lady at the ordering counter gave me an attitude for no reason. I’m not expecting to get food and getting a negative attitude at the same time. Never go there again.

I have given this place a few chances. While the food remains the same consistency .The time it takes to get a meal is unreal. For a one order entrée it can take up to 15 minutes even when nobody is waiting. Somebody needs a fire lit under their Ace. Last time I will order from this place.

It was my first time to try this concept… Interesting… Staff was really friendly and good but food was not really good.

Just had lunch today and the cashier stood by the register starring into oblivion while we waited to be helped, eventually I had to ask her if she was ready for us! Servers need training also, asked for a plate and he had his fingers all over it. No one smiles or greets either. Not going back!

Terrible service! 10 minutes to be acknowledged 30 minutes for a take out order that consisted of fried rice and Orange Chicken… while larger groups who ordered after received their order in 10 minutes or less. DONOTEATHERE. Tried to speak to the manager, was told«black orders typically take longer.»

Dear management — what happened? Your food was fresh and flavorful. Now it’s below meh. We used to enjoy grabbing some quick Asian but not so much anymore. Worst of all your«restaurant» is filthy. Your plates and utensils had dried on food. Disgusting. I literally went to get water to clean your dishes. We should have walked out. When the manager saw that she stopped to clean the soup bowls before bringing it to the table. Redic. Sorry. We will not be returning. Sad.

Only gets two stars because the Wonton soup and rangoons are my favorite. Everything else is a solid meh. Person at the register needs a lesson in customer service. Waiting 30 minutes for a bowl of soup and an order of rangoons is redamndiculous.

Always been a huge Pei Wei fan. Unfortunate this location has been slipping for a while now. Service is a 1 star at best. They act like you are putting them out by choosing to dine with them. The food is hit or miss. Lately a lot more misses than ever before. I get that it’s hard to staff a restaurant these days and I always factor that in. The manager was in the back and stuck his head out a few times to verify that his store was burning down while he was not helping. Not sure what’s going on here but I would look at changing up the leadership.

Pei Wei used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Since they changed the menu a year ago, it has become a one and done. Both of our entries were borderline disgusting. Staff members were incompetent. We will not be coming back.

The quality here has gone down. I was here a couple of weeks ago and the crab wontons tasted different. Today, our office ordered and they forgot to pack half our stuff so we had to go back. I had the Mongolian with Steak and the steak was so overcooked it was more like jerkey or shoe leather. The sauce was good, but the steak was awful.

For some reason I thought Pei Wei’s were not franchised and should all have the same food, same taste etc. Tonight I went to get take out and this is the second time I have noticed that management seems to be treating it like their own restaurant. It’s a Thursday night and they were out of sanp peas. Most of their meals contain snap peas so I have no idea how you could run out of them. Very frustrating and I todn’t think I will give them a third chance to mess up the food, lower the quality and then act liek ti’s no big deal!

I have been to this location dozens of times in the last few years and, unfortunately, the quality has gone waaayyyy downhill recently. The last handful of times that we’ve visited, our food has either not come as ordered, arrived extremely late, or come so staggered that it’s impossible to enjoy a meal together(my husband’s food arriving 35 minutes before mine. What?!). In addition, we’ve had problems finding a clean table(and the ones that look clean are super sticky). I’m not sure what’s going on, but it’s too bad – because this used to be one of our favorites and now we’ll have difficulty wanting to return. If you DO decide to take your chances, though, my favorite is the Kung Pao chicken. The teriyaki bowl is good too, as is the Pad Thai. Just know that you might not get to eat what you ordered for a very long time. Like I said, this is unfortunate, because if you can actually eat what you order, it’s pretty good!

Pei Wei makes some really good orange peel chicken. It’s my go to. This time we tried the Beijing beef and oh my amazing. New favorite plate here. The flavor was freaking out of this world. I highly recommend it.
