My husband and I went into this store to purchase a new iPhone and use an upgrade. We went at about 8:30 pm., but ended up making an appointment for the next day at 5:30 pm. The following day we checked in at 5:20 pm and were first on the list for people to be see that had appointments. There were 2 other people that had 5:30 apts, however only one other person was checked in. We saw approximately 5 people who were walk-ins that were seen before us. There was a gentleman who had a 5:30 apt, that checked in after us, but was seen before us. We asked the lady at the front door about it, and she said those people were needing help with something simple that wouldn’t take long, which is I guess her reasoning why they were seen before us. At 6:10 pm, 50 mins after arriving, we still had not been seen. I told the lady at the front to take us off the wait list and asked for the manager’s name. She pointed at a man behind the counter and said his name was Bill and would I like to speak with him. I laughed and told her no, that I don’t want to wait any longer to speak with anybody, and that I would be calling to make a complaint. Needless to say they have lost my business as well as others. After posting my complaint on FB, there were several others that have received the same sub par service and won’t go there again.
