Horribly slow. Two hours just to get a tire replaced when the place was empty. Will never come back and will never recommend to anyone else. They even lied at first saying the only tire they had was their overpriced flagship tire «affinity.» Just stay away from this place. Anywhere is better.

I received a message from Firestone’s customer care team and a call from the regional manager. I have to give the company kuddos for reaching out to me and apologizing for our experience with their company. The regional manager told me repeatedly that we can make an appointment for our vehicles and get precedence over everyone else, and he apologized for their poor customer service. I was told that I would be contacted by the store manager as well because he would be unhappy about how we were treated, but he never called.

I normally take my car to the Firestone on Macarthur and Memorial on the north side of town, but this was near my house so I thought I’d give them a try for a quick oil change.
It was a super busy Saturday and they were able to work it in before they closed. Nice people and easy to do business with.
