Was so excited when McAlisters first opened here in Mwc, we were there at least once a week. Now their service is horrible and the food is getting smaller in proportion! My son loves the spud max but we have been finding ourselves coming home and having to make it ourselves with what we have in the refrigerator because they skip us on the ingredients. Had my usual, the turkey melt about 2 weeks ago only to look at my sandwich and noticed when I get home there’s just a sliver of Turkey. Can’t call it a turkey melt if there’s no turkey. The kids who work the evening shifts could also have a course on customer service.

When this McAlisters opened I visited mutiple times a week. Until a few months ago. The quality of the food went down hill. There tea tastes water down. The staff, knew me… but over time was not as friendly. I always got togo orders. My sweet tea was handed to me with out a lid. I asked for one… and was told that they were over by the door… when i could clearly see then right behind the counter. My Chef Salad had a lady bug in it. which I discovered when I got home. The manager ofer to mail me a coupon, which never came. The GM never returned my call. I am over this place.

Just your run of the mill McAlister’s they are always fast and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience here, which is why I keep coming back for lunch often. I love the convenience of calling in a pick up order if I’m running short on time during my lunch break. Also, the fact they have a military discount keeps me coming back too. I’m a pretty simple guy I stick to the grilled chicken cesar wrap, southwest chicken grilled and the big nasty. They all come with one side as well.

I love McAlister’s, but this one did not live up to my expectations. The guacamole on my sandwich was barely noticeable and the staff was distant & distracted.

Not bad… But not good either. Too pricey for what I got. I got the new chicken bacon jalapeño pasta. It’s basically a $ 9.29 bowl of mac and cheese. I had to track down someone to ask for more jalapeños. They put three on top of the pasta. I also had a hard time finding the chicken, bacon and tomatoes. The dish looked nothing like the pictures. This really could be a good dish and may well be worth the price if made with the same amount of ingredients as the pictures illustrate. Overall grade«D». Normally a sure thing. Not tonight! I went back and gave them another try and it was worse than last time. The service was better but the chicken bacon jalapeño pasta dish was not. I had to ask for more jalapeños again. I got four this time. The pasta dish was barely warm. At least last time the plate was hot. I’m very disappointed in their quality of food compared to what I was us to getting from them. Overall grade«D».

I’ve been here several times before. With the same result, it’s just OK. I got the spicy southwest chicken griller and a side country potato soup. The staff is slow at taking orders, but the food comes out pretty fast. The chicken in the sandwiches remind me of subways chicken, precooked and just warmed up when the sandwich is thrown onto the grill. So the chicken always comes or slightly cold or barely room temperature. Luckily my soup was piping hot and pretty good overall. Actually tasted like it was made on site and not out of a can and warmed up.

I can honestly say there is nothing here that I’ve had and didn’t like. The SW Cobb salad is great, I always get the pick 2 so I can have a salad with my sandwich. So much food! Love the tea!

Went in expecting a place that was a cut above a Subway. Came out with a new place on the«Favorite Sandwich List.» Dang, how come you all didn’t tell me to try this place earlier. The muffaletta is delicious. The pot roast sandwich is worth the extra few hours on the Stairmaster. The mini dessert cups should be put in a bucket. I’d drown in the stuff. I haven’t been disappointed in one thing I’ve ordered and I’ve done a good job working my way through the expansive menu the last couple of months.

Good food but expensive. Their«homemade» cookies are hit or miss. They messed up my order twice(ordered a club, came out as something different).

This place is brand new for Midwest City and is quickly becoming one of my favorite lunch spots. It’s often busy, but the line moves quickly and the staff is always helpful and courteous. When you’re there be sure to order a glass of iced tea.
