They are very professional, and do a great job! I am very satisfied. Please be aware, though, that quality materials and service cost more, and this is not A.C. Moore’s framing department. Be prepared to spend some $ «coin», even with their recent half-​off sales, etc. They finish off the back of the framed job very nicely, and provide all the wire, hardware, etc., that you need to hang the work. I felt a tiny bit pressured to buy more (better frames, more matting), but only very little. They also tell you the cost before you ok the work order. Overall, an «A» rating in my book.

This place is fantastic. Great staff who are extremely helpful, organized, friendly, and professional. I made a mistake on the matting and frame on my print I brought in and the next day brought it back and felt comfortable doing here. The man who helped me was really aspiring to make my art look amazing and took the time to try out several different options. I brought in a picuture of the wall it is going on and we were able to then match it perfectly. The nice lady managing the shop called me and left a very professional message on my voicemail that my order was ready early. She then agreed that it looked fantastic and exactly what I imagined.
The price can get pricey, but you will leave with a very professional looking frame job with great customer service,

I take pictures. Some good, some not-​so-​good. The good ones I take to the wonderful folks at The Big Picture Framing. For 7 years they’ve been my framers and their standards are as high today as they were back then. Customer satisfaction through skilled craftsmanship.
They’re more than photos. A rack of military ribbons, news paper articles, a rose, painting, preserved and proudly presented. They’re a good find.
